For me, no contest. The Sega Ganesis game Kid Chameleon. (Not MegaMan, surprisingly)

That game was amazing- very high quality graphics for 16-bit, different each time you play, challenging levels, fun gameplay... Too many great aspects to list.

The greatest video game that I ever played was Zelda: Ocarina of time. It was a beast of a N64 game, beating even Super Mario 64. Furthermore, the games now can't compete with Ocarina of Time, as they just aren't in the same league (My opinion). Go Zelda!
