Was it sprained just from overuse, and should you see a doctor for it?  I'm really sorry about the pain, and I'll pray that it heals quickly, with no consequence.

That is no good. Sprain from overuse, or just something else. I hope that you will be healing fast! (I'll be praying about this.) Just take a break from vizzed for a while, I know it won't be fun for you, but I think your well-being is more important.

Davideo7 : Windows comes with a mouse keyboard(Where a keyboard gets displayed on the screen) if you click windows key+U. Just download an auto clicker and you'll be typing without hands in no time.

Thanks for the support everyone, I feel kinda embarrassed even making a thread about this in the first place but I figured I should let everyone know why I wouldn't be posting as much or gaming as much.

Anyways, I'm thinking that maybe I didn't sprain my thumb because about a day after I made this thread, the pain started to spread more into my hand and wrist. I have no idea what it is yet and I don't have the money or health insurance to go see a doctor so I'll just have to continue to take every precaution and hope it heals on its own.

It's feeling a little bit better but still not good enough to type a lot of play games. Today and maybe for the next few days I'll be making more posts than I have been over the past few weeks but it'll be a slow increase.

$$$$ : I don't think I'd have the patience to type using that lol. I'd be doing like 10-20 words per a minute with that which would be a huge downgrade compared to the 85 words per a minute I usually can type. Thanks for the advice though.

Laian : Not looking forward to going through those 2000 notifications but I may have to go through them while my wrist/hand/thumb is in pain. Btw, it's at 2233 notifications now lol.

thing1 : I'll be way more upset than you, I'm looking forward to the Master Chief Collection more than I am Halo 5. I literally planned on investing 20 hours a week into that game once it came out, that's how excited I am for it.

ghostfishy : I'll be playing lots of games to make up for it once it heals lol. There are some 1 handed games that I can still play though such as some cell phone games. Also, anything turn based I can play since I can use my right hand on the left analog and d-pad.

Davideo7 : If it helps, I had to do something similar while I was in the Army. If you want to have a short Skype call so you can show me what is going on, I might be able to give you some advice. I was our company's medic, and had some extra training while I was in the Army since I couldn't do everything that everybody else could while my back was getting looked at and taken care of. 

Is The Master Chief Collection coming only to XBOX ONE, or will there be a 360 Edition as well? And any word on a bundle for TMCC yet? 

thing1 : It's Xbox One exclusive which makes sense since all of those games are already on the Xbox 360. No word on any bundles.

I think I'm going to take another week off from serious site development, my left hand is still sore while playing games and I really want it to fully heal before Halo Master Chief Collection comes out next Tuesday.

Davideo7 : Don't forget Mountain Dew and Doritos...I kid. I hope you get better soon! Halo is an awesome series. I own an Xbox 360 myself (but not an Xbox One), and had fun playing Halo 3. But I admit I spend most of my time PC gaming these days. It's been so much cheaper. Not that I don't want to get any of the modern consoles, but I'm happy with my PC. Once I get a decent-paying job, I'll probably get a Wii U, and maybe the other consoles later in their lifespan (or even after their lifespan).

It's been spreading around the subreddit /r/PCMasterRace a lot, as they poke fun of Xbox more than any other system. I found it hilarious, but of course, blown way out of proportion. I hope that never happens

My left hand is mostly fine now. If I play an intensive game that requires a lot of movement it causes me pain or if I play for too many hours straight I get the same thing but I can at least play games now again which is great.
