You all know I'm a chat fiend. So of course I met friends on chat. In fact, every single person on my friends' list, with the exception of Lazlo Falconi and KimmieIsAPanda, I met in chat. They range from casual acquaintances to some of the dearest people in my life. This was definitely not the plan when I showed up one day, but despite it eating into my life I don't regret being here. My life would be very, very different if I never came to Vizzed chat.

Yeah, I'd say that a good portion of my friends were made via chat. I wouldn't have even known to approach them outside of chat, since some of them aren't active on the board (such as the aforementioned CatLady, though she seems to be feeling posty today).

Well, the chat is a nice place to make jokes and talk a lot about small subjects, but the threads are a great place to get to know people personally and about their opinions. So I talk different when I'm chatting or posting in a thread.
