Depends on the side effects, honestly. I would be too worried if it was just a miracle cure. It may be more difficult, but I would much rather burn off the fat and form a correct lifestyle for myself. That way, I'm less likely to revert back or have to take another pill.

When I started my new job a couple months ago unloading trucks and moving heavy freight all day I was sore for the whole first month, it was really painful some days I could hardly move until I loosened up.  If I could have taken a pill (with no nasty side effects) to get me in better shape quicker and take some of that pain away I would have scooped that thing up quicker than a hungry hungry hippo could.  On the plus side I now actually have definition to my muscles and I put on like 20lbs. of what I'm sure is almost all muscle.  It was the hard way but at least I'm not sore every day now, only on some days when we are behind and have to work even harder.

As much as I want to say yes because if it were that easy that would be great. I feel that the only way you can feel good in your body (being in shape if that is what you choose) is to work for it. If you want those toned abs or those huge arms you have to work for them. As with anything in life, if you do not work for it, it is not worth it.

It's helped me get out of my weight loss plateau. With eating healthier and exercising more, it does help increase me results.

So my answer would be yes, but I'm very picky about what kind of "pill" it is. I like to do my research before trying something like that.

I would use the pill as long as I knew it was 100% safe and had no bad side effects. Otherwise it's just like taking steroids. But such a pill would probably make people lazy or it would probably be abused. I think it would be best if such a pill didn't exist. Think of all the athletes that may use it to cheat.
