Huh didn't know about this until now when I read this.
That's kind of a shame though since I like to wonder trade sometimes when I'm bored and see what I get.

I don't know if this would work, but here's something in case you still want to wonder trade. Move the Pokemon you are trading into a box by itself. Once the trade is complete, if the pokemon received turns into a mystery egg, it will be alone & won't infect anything else. That trick will probably only be good once but at least it will spare pokemon until then. I'm not sure what it would do if the Wonder Trade pokemon is in the party. I'm not even sure you can wonder trade your party. I haven't done any trading like that in a while.

I actually did some wonder trading yesterday and kept getting zubats and scatterbugs. It's rather annoying really, you have to get lucky to even get an decent Pokemon from there. This is the first time I have heard about these Wonder Eggs, I have wonder traded around 731 times and haven't received any eggs at all. Than again I do have many unhatched ggs scattered around my P.C boxes.

I never really liked the wonder trade system because I didn't like how you have a lesser chance of getting an ideal Pokémon and it takes more time, so I just never found it very practical personally. But, this is a while new reason to be suspicious about using wonder trade.
