Anyone who has troubles with lagging, try restarting your computer. I've been experiencing netplay lag for about a week or so not and I restarted my computer and the lag completely went away.

I'm surprised by the amount of users dropping out.

play4fun : I guess this is another reason why the seeding is necessary. Lower seed users are more likely to drop out than higher seed users. So if there's a matchup between a high and a low seed user, most likely at very most just 1 of those users will drop out which means 1 will advance. If it was 2 lower seed users, there's a greater chance that both will drop out (or not participate) and therefore we have to figure out what happens from there.

boomer1709 didn't respond to any of my messages for two days and he didn't show up for our scheduled time to battle. He didn't even leave an excuse as to why he wasn't present. I think it is safe to say that he will not be facing me anytime soon. I call the win for this round. However, if he does contact me by tomorrow,before this week ends, I will fight him and tell the results of the match. If I don't respond to this forum again, he has not contacted me or had a match with me.

I'm disappointed that only 1 game wasn't a forced win or a forced tie. I put a lot of time into organizing and hosting these and when this sort of thing continues to happen all tournament long it makes me not want to host these netplay tournaments anymore.
