I sat down a few nights ago and watched both Sherlock Holmes and it's sequel, Game of Shadows. I have always been a huge fan of the Sherlock character and I think Robert Downey, Jr has done an excellent job portraying that famous detective. Although, I have to wonder why Downey keeps choosing to portray character which have some form of substance addiction. I know he has a considerable amount of experience with that malady, but I fear he might get himself typecast if he keeps it up...

The last DVD I watched was ``Detachment`` with Adrien Brody and Sami Gayle. It follows the character Henry Barthes who is a substitute teacher and his life for one month. The movie goes about how Barthes sees others, and at one point early in the movie he takes in a prostitute (Erica) played by Sami Gayle. There`s a fair amount of comedy and drama, and while it is not really an impressive movie, it`s still worth the time to watch.

The last DVD I watched was "Black Swan" in Blue-Ray. It was not what I was expecting at all. I was expecting a typical dancer movie. You know, shy girl rises to the top through hard work and a little luck. Actually the movie is quite disturbing at times and is extremely trippy throughout. I'd recommend it but don't expect it to get your girlfriend in the mood. It's definitely not your typical chick flick.

The last DVD I watched was Kill Bill Vol. 2, preceded by Kill Bill Vol. 1. They're Lazlo's favorites, and it's also easy to remember because we have Netflix so we hardly ever ever ever watch DVD's anymore.

Also if you haven't seen Kill Bill, you're silly and you should do it at your earliest convenience.

The last DVD I was Lockout.  I loved the fact it was futuristic but not too far in the future.  I liked the action and the suspense that happened within the show.  Although, I wasn't a big fan of the ending it seemed rather corny.  I was hoping maybe for a squeal but doubts are thin on that subject.  It is a good movie to rent but not own.  I would give it probably a 7/10.
