I've been thinking about this for a while, but gonna vote soon lol

EX Palen- I've been around when he was mod, and I believe I may have worked with him in the past. In his time, he was great at being a mod and I do agree with the sentiment that if it weren't for the quotas, he'd have been a mod for much longer than he was. I have no doubt he's a great choice for mod.

Boured- While I don't know him as well, I have talked to him on occasion and he does seem like a genuinely good member. He really cares about the site and has shown a lot of dedication, and I have faith that he'd do well as a mod. He'd also be some new blood in the mod team, which is partially why this whole mod thing is going on. To have some new people on the team.

My first vote is for supernerd117. He's been a part of the site for a very long time and has shown a lot of passion for Vizzed over the years. His application was long but good and if we need new blood on the mod team, he'd be the first guy I'd look at.

Secondly, I'd like to vote for Fyredove. I've known her for a long time now and she would be a perfect fit for the new mod team. She's done staff work in the past both in the RGR and on the Minecraft server, and she did a great job at both of those. No doubt in my mind she'll do good as a mod.

I'm voting for Supernerd for mod. He always made good posts and was very active back in the day, and from his application, I feel he really understands the issues currently dragging the site down, and will be willing to work to fix it. He seems to really care about it. He's a mature member that I feel is a great choice to be included in the mod team.

What I was thinking is that if we have a mod that stepped down for any reason, then who ever came in 11th should be the replacement; then the next mod after that stepped down, then the 12th person should be their replacement, and so on, and so on, all the way till we get to the bottom of the list.

Mostly I thought about that so you wouldn't dictate on who you want to pick to replace that mod, and so that way anyone that tried their absolute best to try and land in the top 10, and only landed in 11th or 12th, or so.

This way the community would still know who can be a replacement, instead of all the privacy involved in handpicked mods in the past outside of the apps.

However, I wouldn't discard leaving the team with one or two less members so David can wait to host new elections with up to a handful of spots on the line. It would all depend on how activity goes and if the team does need to be complete at all times, something that only time will say.
