You'll pick 'Preseason' and choose 'Man' vs 'Man'. Keep all the settings set to default, which includes 5 minute Quarters. The home player is the one who creates the session, they'll be player 1 and they get to pick their team first.

However, if you're able to stay just a little later on Monday night, say 10:30pm eastern time, I'll be able to make that work. I'll give you my available times and see if we can work something out.
