I'm surprised I'm back again, honestly. When I saw that
Vanelan : was online on Steam, I messaged him, asking how he was doing. I told him that I was donating $25 to
Davideo7 : 's Patreon. We talked for a bit, and he asked why I was banned, because he had forgotten. While I won't get into why I was banned, because I don't like talking about some things, I was surprised when he messaged me yesterday saying to see if I could log in. I would have gotten on last night, but I went to a Human Vs Zombie thing at the college library. When I got back to my apartment, a guy I had hung out with before was out grilling with some of my neighbors, so I brought out my burgers and chips, we had a few beers, and next thing I knew, it was 3 hours later and I was tired.

So, I know I'm gonna get bombarded with questions once more people realize that I am back, so I'll just do a long post covering the big stuff that has happened to me over the past year and some change.

I don't remember when I got banned, so I'll start around October of 2015. Around that time, I decided that I wanted to leave Seattle. I was making almost $14 an hour sitting on my butt, doing security, but I didn't feel like it was what I wanted. Around the same time, my parents told me that they were going to move back to the Georgia / Alabama area, so that Dad would be closer to the areas where the FEMA jobs are (he got his degree in Disaster Management around the time he retired from the Army with ~27.5 years), and so that Mom (I call my step-mom "Mom" now) could be closer to her family. I paid my Dad to move my big stuff in his Pensky, because I was going to stay back in my apartment, and work the holidays to have some extra moving money.

On the way, I decided I would go a few hours out of my way to go to Denver. My aunt lives there, and I hadn't seen her in about 5 years. In those 5 years, she had gotten married and had 3 boys. Well, I was about 2 hours away, and I hit the smallest piece of black ice ever when I tapped my brakes to turn off my cruise control. I flipped my car (2013 Kia Rio EX) a few miles past the Olympic Village near Veil, Colorado. It wasn't snowing or anything, it was just really cold, so everybody was driving at about 55 instead of the 70 speed limit. I almost fell down a 300 foot cliff, but thanks my military training, I was able not to do that, and instead flip into a ditch. I escaped with no serious injuries. I did have a really bad headache for about 3 days, since I tapped my head when my car flipped.  I also had some really bad bruises that took a few weeks to clear up, but other than that, I was fine. My cat was fine too. He was lucky he lived, because he was in his cage. He had just gotten in trouble an hour before for pooping and peeing on the passenger seat, instead of going in his litter box that was in the flood board.

I had to mail my stuff that in my car, minus my fancy fan, and expensive TV (they didn't make it, but my insurances covered them). I also had to spend 3 nights in a hotel, and fly the rest of the way, as well as pay for my cat to fly. So, it was a good thing I had saved up a grand in emergency money, because I ended up needing it.

I flew into Atlanta, and
MattyIce : picked me up. He fed me that night, and we hung out the next day before I took my rental car down to my parents. For the next couple of days, I went up to Atlanta looking for a job, because I did have a few opportunities lined up. None of them ended up working out, so I was now unemployed, no money to move back to Seattle to get my job back (that was on the table), and living in my parents living room.

In April, I landed a job with the company I worked with in Seattle. So, I went out and bought a car. However, after 1 day, they made me go to psychiatrist, since it was a requirement for the security contract. The psychiatrist was a jerk, and insulted me for not being able to remember what medicines I took as a 7 year old, so I left. My job called me, and told me not to come in the next day.

After a few months of looking for a job, I couldn't find anything. So, I finally decided to start researching what my benefits were since I was a veteran. I found about Vocational Rehab. So now, I'm in college, studying Computer Science at Auburn University. I currently have a 2.7 GPA if my grades were finalized today. I had to drop Chemistry, yet I was able to keep the lab to maintain full time hours and full time benefits (money from the VA for a living allowance, essentially). Right now, I'm taking College Algebra, Chemistry Lab, World History I, English Composition I, and Intro to Engineering: Computer Sciences.

I drive for Uber in Auburn, AL to help me pay my bills. My VA disability and living allowance is not enough, but with Uber, I am able to live comfortably. I was even able to get a dog! I have a Miniature Australian Sheppard. He's a little bit of a celebrity on campus, so I had to make him a Facebook page, which you can see here (plenty of picture of him).

I think that's pretty much everything that has happened lately. I have orange now, I have a dog, and I'm in college.

If anybody has anything else they want to know, you can either post here asking or PM me. I'm not sure which one goes with the rules, so just do whatever is in accordance with the rules.

tornadocam : Yeah, it was pretty scary. When I get really mad, it causes me to have way too much adrenaline, which causes me to shake uncontrollably. I've never had such an adrenaline rush.
When my car swerved left towards the cliff, I wasn't paying attention to the window... I focused on not going over the cliff. So, I turned the wheel slightly to the right. It was at that point that I noticed everything was white outside my windows. I didn't see any other cars. I didn't see the sky. I saw nothing but white, as if my windows were printer paper. I thought I was dead until I heard my Dad's voice on the speaker on my car. We had been chatting for a few minutes, my family getting an update on my journey.
I was about to get out of my car, but I was shaking so much that the car that pulled over had to help me to their car. I didn't let anybody check me out until I was sure that Gilbert was fine. (the cat). I don't have him anymore, and it broke my heart that I had to give him up.
But now I got my pup, Charlie Brown, and he's awesome. I hope to have him certified as an emotional support dog in the next few months, after I train him some more.

thing1 : Its a pleasure seeing you on here again. Its also been pleasure keeping in touch with you through Facebook and even a couple interactions when you first arrived in Atlanta. Since you're back on here, I'll do my best to be active once again like I used to be.

MattyIce : you know what you just got yourself into, right? I'm thinking of trying to do a baseball pick 'em next season, as well as bringing back NFL next season. Still quite a ways to go, but hopefully David has the site spiffed up a bit by then, and that'll mean more traffic.
