Where do you guys currently live at or have lived at and moved to? If a thread like this already exists then please go ahead and close this one.

The question of where we are from is an interesting one.

As for why so much of that content is blocked out, there are some things I'd just rather the general population not know unless it's personal.

I was born, raised and currently reside in the state of Tennessee. It's the only place I've ever lived, actually. I spent the first fourteen years of my life living in southeast Nashville, but we've been living in a much more rural area in middle Tennessee for the last six years.

Hiya~ No one will ever know where I live/lived! Mwuahahaha~ In all seriousness, I've been to so many places that I don't even know where to start. I guess I'll just say I currently reside somewhere in the U.S.

I was born, live and will stay in the Netherlands. I've heard there are people interested in going to my country, and it sure has places you must visit. No, i'm not advertising for my own country. And no, i'm not trying to be the best either.

I've lived my whole life on Spain, but that can change in the future. The region I live in, Catalonia, is recently undergoing a turbulent process to claim independence, so while I would still live in the same city I would then belong to a newborn country.

I list neither my country or my region in my profile simply because I don't trust the politicians in any of them, so I'm kind of neutral in the above process and thus simply go by my city. Also, due to the current situation, I don't discard moving away if the chance arises.

I am from Puerto Rico and have lived in Florida just as much. I have only visited a few places like cities in Florida- my two favorite is this Tarpon Springs place in Tampa which is very Greek culture affluent- Greek food is amazing! everything is decorated in a way that resembles a Greek marketplace and of course it's full of Greek people. It is a sponge dock so there's tons of boats and sponges which is different. I also liked Saint Augustine which has a huge Spaniard Fort with cannons and it has amazing firework displays on 4th of July so you can sit on the walls of the fort which are 3 inches from touching the ocean -it's super deep  I love when they raise the bridge and these pirate boats come to stop in front of the fort and start the firework display which lasts a good 40+minutes. It is so loud and bright and the lights reflect on the ocean and there's tons of people sitting all around like a huge picnic at the park- I loved it though traffic is a nightmare- 1hour to get out of just that area.

Outside of Florida, I went to Allentown Pennsylvania- very different, sort of industrial looking when you go into town. People seemed more relaxed than here in FL that's for sure- not so much rushed traffic. Didn't get to see much though. Bronx, NY walked all over and took the subway for the first time- woah you see some crazy things there Oh my. Went to the site of the twin towers and this huge toy store with a big piano on the floor. It was awesome, saw the Statue of Liberty as well. Walking back in the Bronx is a hassle- people are savages.

I'm in Canada aka the land of the cold.

Of course, the weather is usually is not too good either. The skies are clouded over today.  [ Ladies, if you are looking, great beaches, wonderful bikini weather. Loads of sun. Getting a condo is a snap. ]
  [ Guys, if you are looking, you don't want to be here. Very inhospitable weather. Cost of living is so high. ]

 So ... that is where I am from. I have absolutely no connection to a cowpoke ranch in Alberta. Honest.

I'm a native Finn and I have lived in Finland my entire life. It's a nice country, I enjoy living here even though I've been in serious need of a change of scenery. Without mentioning the name of the city, I really love my hometown. It's beautiful in pretty much every season and if I had to choose one place to live in Finland for the rest of my life, I would definitely choose my hometown. Sounds a bit biased, I know, but I really do like living here.

I live in Belgium and have no plans of moving somewhere else.

Our weather could be a little better but nothing crazy goes down over here and nobody cares about any political issues or any of that nonsense. Politics is a waste of time lol.

Oh our waffles are another reason to stay here.

I'm from the netherlands. It has issues (Particularly political) but i still love it and probably wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Weather is pretty bad though. But i like rain so lol

oh yes making fun of belgium and belgians is great too.

I was born In Nebraska, but then moved to Southwest Virginia when I was two or three.

The small college town I live in is unique, proud, safe, and full of lawyers and doctors. Life there is alright, but the politics are a bit crazy, and so is the weather- it's temperate, but it can't make up its dang mind.
My region, for the most part, has also basically lived on coal, but due to the death of the industry, we haven't been doing so hot.

But we are kind of recuperating by bringing more people in via technology, improving on the college, folk tourism, and having built a shiny new school that's integrated two high schools now.

I am from New York City, not just NYC, but I have lived my entire life in one borough within the city, and I really don't plan on moving out of the city for a really long time.

I'm from New York City. I lived in 4/5 boroughs . I also lived in New Jersey, Florida, Upstate New York and now in Pennsylvania. I've been living in Pennsylvania since February 2011.

sonicbros : How is there internet on Mercury unless someone has very good wifi that can bypass the ozone/atmosphere to reach you on Mercury which I highly doubt is possible. Plus, how are you able to survive on Mercury with it being one million degrees year round? Also, is there water on Mercury?
