Welcome one and all, to the island of Hungriger. This is a remote island, in the south east Innocent Town sea, removed far from any game of Mafia, any game of Murder Mystery, any game ever. It is an incredibly remote, but tropical island, that is about as dangerous as both the Amazon rainforest, and the Australian Outback. The island may be lush with plant and animal life, but all of it is trying to kill you.

The water is completely undrinkable, contaminated with some strange toxin that once wiped out the Grund Hundin people of a nearby town. What little food there is, is poached by other, stronger, predators, and your only hope of survival is teamwork and hope.

In this game, 12 people willingly left their homes for the adventure of a lifetime. Those 12 people have been divided into the three tribes.

The first of those three is the Narr tribe, which will always wear green. The members of that tribe are mlb789, pacman1755, megamanmaniac, and yoshirulez!. They will be situated on the southern beach of Hungriger where plant life is plentiful, but so are dangerous predators. They will also have little shelter from the elements, constantly being forced to rebuild their shelter, after the torrential rain, and vile wind storms decimate them each night.

The second tribe, is the Harte Arbeit tribe, which will always wear blue. The members of that tribe consist of Surgiac, deggle, Furret, and gamerforlifeforever. While the previous tribe will have plenty of resources, this tribe will have no resources at all. Meanwhile, they will get the benefit of tons of natural shelter on the western beach, where they are shielded from the wind by an island full of trees to their west, and a huge cave to their west. Additionally, they will generally be closest to the challenges, which could end up swaying points back in their favor.

The final tribe is the Aufrichtigkeit tribe, which will always wear purple. This tribe will be situated on the northern coast of the island, and be the farthest from the challenges, and be closest to the legendary diseased waters that are native to this island. However, they don't need to worry about the weather or predators, as they themselves are the dominant force in that sector of the island.

They don't know how many tribes are in this game, nor do they know who is on their tribe. They don't know that the game has already begun...

Your first challenge is to get a high score in this game here... Star Fox!.

Yes, it's not what you probably expected, but this is how we're going to roll with this first game.

The rules are fairly standard, so I won't beat you over the head with it. Basically this...

1. Play in high score mode.
2. Submit your best score by Saturday, October 8th, at 10 PM PST. (all future games will be between 5 and 7 days, with it guaranteed to at least pass over a Wednesday.
3. Highest overall team score wins. With only four people per tribe, it's key that you all participate as a team.
4. Top two teams win immunity, and the top team will receive a clue to the hidden immunity idol.

With that out of the way, we're going to do things a little differently this time around.

Ultimately, my aim, is to make this a good piece of writing. At the conclusion of this "season", I will be writing a sort of fan fiction with what you guys give me, in both competitions and confessionals (which I will explain in a minute). Essentially, it's possible that based on your actions, you will be labeled a hero or a villain in the name of story telling. By signing up, I have made the great assumption that you all realize this is a GAME and thus, nothing that comes out of this game or the eventual fan fiction is serious, and that you are all awesome people, regardless of what your edit gets you portrayed as.

Now, on to the idea of confessionals...

Basically, once, or twice (or if things are really interesting, thrice) a week, I will be sending you a PM before Tribal Council (even if you are on a winning tribe, I will be sending these out!). I would love if you answered each PM I send you concisely and with what you want to portray as a character. Think of this part, as a role play.

The answers to your questions will be 100% confidential throughout the game, shared with absolutely no one. As in, I won't tell people in the game, or outside the game. They will remain between you and production (me). Once the season ends, I will be using these to quote and portray your character for entertainment purposes of others. Essentially, do not say anything you are not prepared for all of Vizzed to know. You can say anything, provided it is within Vizzed rules.

IE - You can talk about wanting to slit a rival's throat at tribal council but you cannot say anything that could be construed as an actual physical threat on that person's life. In the end, this is a game, and I don't want people to be feeling afraid because of it. Be fun, and be entertaining, but don't be an actual bad person.

An example of the questions I will ask you will be: "What do you think of _______?" or "Who would you like to vote out on your tribe right now?". There will be more interesting questions in addition, but ultimately, I'll be guiding your answers with questions to get a specific answer.

Finally, a small change to voting for the season. When your tribe goes to Tribal Council to vote someone off, you must now give me a reason for why you are voting the way you did in your PM. It can be as simple as "this person sucks at pacman" or as complicated as "I view this player as a long term threat to win the game, and I need to keep myself first". A reminder that strong challenge threats tend to do well in the season because no one ever gets rid of them because by the time the merge hits, they can't be gotten rid of. These voting reasons, like confessionals, may be used in the final product when I post the season.

So again, do not say anything you are not prepared for everyone to know.

One final thing, though I shouldn't have to state it. You are on opposite sides of the islands. Please, please, please, do not contact members of the other tribe unless a challenge or event specifies you can. You can only talk to members of your tribe in most circumstances, about the game. You can talk about things that aren't the game with them, still, but I don't want something getting dramatically changed because you wanted to try your hand at cheating.

Play smart, but most of all, have fun. First challenge ends Saturday. First Tribal Council will be from Sunday to Wednesday. It will end sooner if everyone gives me their votes soon. IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING WHATSOEVER PM ME OR ASK IN THIS THREAD. I want no confusion!

Finally, last but definitely not least, massive, massive props to Gingercream1, who was able to hash together this logo for me in only a couple hours. Seriously, the work she can do is fantastic, especially if she has a direction to work with!

Without her assistance, I would be much less happier with the video and the logo. So I'm starting this season very optimistic.

It's confirmed: we're stranded in Australia. I'm sure I saw like 15 things that could kill us in the island's few shots in the video.

Farthest from the challenges, but free of predators or bad weather... Man, it will be hard to not get lazy and enjoy the beautiful views. Except Mondays, because nobody is on the mood on Mondays.

I just wanted to post here to thank most of you for already sending in confessionals. I'm only missing a handful.

If you all continue to send in those confessionals when prompted, and continue to be as fun and creative as you were, this is going to be a fun season, I promise.

As for the game itself, don't forget to submit your highest scores! If you do not submit the score officially, you WILL get a zero, even if you have a screenshot proving you scored high!

yoshirulez! is off to a lead for the Narr tribe! It's still early! Any one of you can knock him off the pedestal, but remember that it is a team game! You have to dig deep if you are going to win at this game, and by that I mean both Star Fox, AND Survivor!

Pretty rough area to start our adventure in, but it can be manageable. Good luck everyone! Off to struggle in the Star Fox game I haven't touched. Since I went straight to Star Fox 64 in my experience with the franchise.

I also never played Star Fox before. Assault was just a mirage, never got beyond like 3% of the game, but still I'm getting a liking to this game for being simple and easy to understand.

I'm not yet sure where I'll end up, because I tend to have a hard time condensing my best stages into a single try. Still, I won't go down without a fight, and when I'm done with all the real life business for the week I'll aim for a high score.

I'm on the same boat as MLB at this point... I legit have tried 3 times and can't seem to get a good score xD I'll keep trying though, I have a long break tomorrow so I'll see if I can get a better score. I won't let ya'll down!

I'm curious if it runs painfully slow for anyone else too. I'll occasionally get those few seconds of it running smoothly then quickly going back to 10 fps.

Although I've (kind of) adapted to it at this point.

Yeah I've been really busy this week and a lot's been going on but I'm free tomorrow so I'll be participating later than usual.

Well, for the first time playing a game like this I'm quite happy for having the 3rd highest score (as of now). Not very sure if I could improve, but being very close to yushee gives me the motivation to keep trying. 

C'mon, guys, let's show them that the northern coast is the place to be!

Regardless of how inactive my tribemates seem to be, I'm going to put my faith in them and say that they're going to come through in the end. Come on guys, we can do this!

Well, I went ahead and improved my score by a few thousand more points. It's not much, but it's enough for me to reach my original goal of getting past Jordanv78 on the overall leaderboard. Hopefully that performance will be enough to get Harte Arbeit the victory. If Deg can improve his score by 10K+ and Furret can put up a decent score, I think we can get the win this week.

Looking pretty solid. 
Right now we're sitting at around 345.000 which is like 95.000 ahead of second place.
