Every year something awesome comes out that we are looking forward to, so I'm just going to list mine.

kirby : Planet Robobot: I have already played the demo of this game, and it is amazing for a kirby game. The new robot mechanics are flawless and flow seamlessly with the rest of the game. I can't wait to actually buy it.

Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: Originally, I have had no interest in the zelda series for many reasons, but recently I decided trying some of them out and I enjoy the series a lot. The breath of the wild seems to include elements from every timeline...Is it possible that this game will merge them {the timelines} all into one?

I'm not terribly excited about this next one, but I'm happy it at least isn't on the ds. 
Paper Mario: Color Splash. After the first three paper mario games, sticker star was disappointing, and this new paper mario looks a lot like it. However, there are some things about paper mario: color splash that gives me some hope for this controversial title. 
First off, the story isn't a "princess has been captured" troupe. It does follow the pattern of sticker star story, only with paint, but the new battle mechanics do look interesting, and it looks like mario learning skills instead of finding your attack power all over the place. I probably won't buy it right off the bat, but it is one that I would like to get too.

This last one does not have me excited in the least, and I am buying it if only in the hopes of funding the next true game in its franchise...
Metroid Prime: Federation Force. After The disaster of other m, metroid fans have heard nothing of metroid other than smash cameos and an appearance in nintendo land, and after all that time...We get a lego version of metroid prime? This ain't right!!! I'm still waiting for the sequel to metroid fusion and i get this??? Really nintendo???


Yeah, I know I said that was the last one, but I was forgetting someone...a certain blue hedgehog...Sonic! Okay so we have Sonic Mania, Sonic Project 2017, and Sonic Boom Fire and Ice. Okay, I know most people will be hating on that last one, but I actually kind of liked sonic boom rise of lyric, so yeah...

So what are you guys looking forward to in the gaming world coming up in the near future?

I rarely have something I look forward to but the new Zelda game has made me want to buy a Wii U (or NX). The last Zelda game I bought was Twilight Princess so I'm definitely behind in the series...

And of course I'm overly excited about the FFVII Remake. I hope it's going to be released on PC since I haven't planned on buying a PS4... They promised to publish XV on PC but so far as I know Square has had its hands full with the console release. So the PC release may take a while, sniffle... Correct me if I'm wrong!

Also, there isn't much info about this game but I'm quite excited about Tyranny. It's an RPG where you get to play as the bad guys. The world has been overrun by an evil overlord and your task is to work for him. On top of that the game looks quite nice, so I'm pretty excited!

FFVII Remake, FFXV, Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts 3. MAYBE Pokemon Sun and Moon.

I haven't even gotten to getting PS3, Xbox, or Wii games so I'm kind of behind on the times, I need to play those to eventually catch up to the new generation

Actually a few games have my eye that I never would have expected.

• Dragon Quest Builders. First off it looks ridiculously adorable. Second it just looks plain fun.

• Darkest Dungeon. I'm keeping my hopes for this one in check, but it tackles some issues I've often thought about when playing "save the world!" RPGs like...well most RPGs.

• The Atari Flashback games on PS4. I like compilations like these. :3

There are probably more, but I'm not sure at this point. There are so many coming out soon.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole looks fantastic.

So does the remaster of The Silver Case by Suda51!

I'll definitely be getting both of these.

The only one I am actually waiting for is KH3 really. I don't plan on getting ff7 remake because of some reasons. Only KH3 I am patiently waiting on really. I don't play a lot of modern games not unless its really needed.

I'm looking forward to Skyrim: Remastered. I know that it's just based off of Skyrim and has better graphics, but I'm still excited because it has mod capabilities.

I was looking forward to FNAF 4 but after I saw how fast people blasted right through it, my hype for it went quickly out the door.



That said though:

Undertale yellow(yes it's a prequel, but the thing about this fan-made game it's also been approved by Toby Fox)

I fully boarded the Pokemon Sun/Moon hype train now. Just one month to do and I was finally was able to buy an Amazon gift card so I can buy a copy now, so I'm all set and can't wait.
