This place has got to be one of the most corrupt local governments in the state. I'm also of the opinion that, unless it's something like food service, there's nothing wrong with nudity. I mean, there's nothing there we don't already know about, and it's a little arrogant for us to deem God's creation obscene.

The problem with that is that someone who's not paying enough attention to not run over people that are crossing, they're probably not going to be paying much attention to stop lights or stop signs, either... I imagine it's also part of the state sponsored strong armed robbery titled "revenue enhancement".

   Any crime... hmmm. I think I would want to get away with sleeping on refrigerator outdoors. Yes that is a law I think in Pennsylvania. I have always wanted to sleep on a refrigerator outdoors but was never able to do it without getting arrested.

This question reminds me of a question that a lot of people ask me..."If you could have anything in the world, what would it be?" and I usually say something like "I wish I could have $100 billion" lol

So in this case, you're asking us "If you could get away with any crime, what would it be?" which nobody has yet to ask me, until now. Then I guess my answer would be robbing a bank lol It might be a little selfish of me, but I think all I need to be happy is money. If I had enough money to pay off debts, bills, etc I would be WAY less stressed, obviously. And if this includes robbing multiple banks, I'd do that too lol

I like what my old friend and ex-pastor used to say: If God turned His head for one day and told you nothing you did would be held against you for that day, what would you do? Would you sin because there was no fear of punishment? Basically the conclusion was that if you would sin just because you wouldn't be punished for it, then you needed to reevaluate your walk with God because you should serve Him out of love and not fear.

That said, I think a similar concept applies here for me: I wouldn't commit any crime, as regardless of whether I would be punished or not, it would still be morally wrong. So yeah, my answer is: nothing.

The only reason I'm not a professional criminal is because I know that a lot of things that are illegal are also immoral. I couldn't care less what man's laws say. But there are some things that I believe fall into grey area. As I said in my opening post, I would build a virtually omnipresent civilian militia to ward off conventional criminals and protect innocent lives. That would almost undoubtedly be classified as vigilantism or even domestic terrorism legally speaking, but, as a Christian, is it not morally acceptable or even encouraged to protect innocent citizens? Within reason, of course. I don't mean going on the offensive with the intent to shed blood.

But hey, I'm not going to say if you beat up some random dude to protect a kid or woman that he hit in front of you that you're wrong. I'm on the fence there. I would suggest instead getting him arrested and helping the woman or kid, whichever the case may be.

You're well within your right legally and Biblically to stop him with force, even lethal force. This is why I believe firmly that people SHOULD have guns in their homes.

I wasn't sure to reply to this thread because I wasn't sure of what I wanted to say. But really, if I could get away with any crime… Nope, realistically speaking, there's no way for me to get away with anything, not with the people that's always around me. rofl They are pretty much all anti-crime. ^^0 However, if it is possible to pull off something, theoretically speaking, then I'd love to be able to fly through random restricted airspace from various countries (including through Disney's airspace XD ) in a modified civilian aircraft to fully enjoy all of the breathtakingly beautiful views. It would also be totally awesome if I could occasionally land on some of the national monuments too to take pictures.

I can think of quite a few to be honest lol. I think I would pick being a skilled assassin and killing off the scumbag politicians & bankers that steal from the poor. Getting away with it would be great since I am sure the consequences would really suck.

Honestly, I've always wanted to let my dog take a dump in front of a "dogs prohibited" sign, and then take a picture of it and send it to the police.

Every time I'm walking my dog and see such a sign I keep thinking about it but I've always chickened out since 50 euros isn't worth it.
