Sorry for sounding sorrowful.... Imagine your tombstone. Picture if you passed. Your time in this world has finally expired, and those who still remain need something to remember you. Self-acceptance is important; We'll never know how much time we actually have left, and we want others to know us somewhat. People are defined by their actions. We don't live forever, so it's best to make the most out of what we currently have today. If I needed my own epitaph, It would be this: "Quiet as a mouse, enslaved in a house, stoic and decisively thorough, who knows? He was quite calm, in the eye of the storm, never losing his focus, never embracing his form. He's now to bed, in an uncomfortable position. He hated his slumber, what's his new mission?".



What would your tombstone's epitaph be? How do you personally want to be remembered, or what will be your legacy? Thanks for thinking abstractly.

Hmm... This is (again) a good one. I guess most people recognize me by my ADHD. But i think it's disrespectful to remember a dead person by his/her bad sides. I would say that if there are people who need to talk about me when i'm dead, they mention my jokes, i think. How 'funny' i can be. And that i was a really nice person.

This subject really gets me sad, i almost cried here because of horrible thoughts. It's absolutely not your fault, it's just that i'm sensitive to death and subjects about me and the death. Sorry if i'm a crybaby now.

If anyone is going to remember me, it will mostly be for my weirdness. Being remembered as weird isn't a bad thing for me, because I was able to make people laugh with it. My family and friends laughed at the strange things I have said, and people on the Vizzed chat room remembers how weird and eccentric I can be, and it made them smile. In the end, the strange things I have said had made people laugh, and I would like to be remembered for that. 

"Here lies Aria, whos sanity was questioned upon entry to Vizzed chat room"

I want an open bar at my funeral so people can party and have a good time and tell jokes at my expense since I'll be dead and I won't care anyway. Get drunk, friends!

I would also like my tombstone, marker, or whatever, to say, "Last Quote: That would have been so awesome if it had worked."

That just sounds awesome.

I'll be remembered as the guy who constantly smiled. I rarely, and I mean rarely, have a bad day or complain or frown about things. I have a constant positive mental attitude, I compete all the time and even when odds are stacked against me, I keep battling through. I help people find their inner warriors and I show people how to channel their inner strength to do things they're afraid of doing or haven't tried before.

I'll be remembered for being a ball of energy, owning a room when I walk in, and having a smile that lights up my face like the sun.

And I don't plan on dying until I'm 105 years old. So far, so good.

I don't think I can repeat a lot of the things I would want on my tombstone. Except maybe Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Sausage and extra cheese...if you get the old Tombstone Pizza commercials, you might laugh at that. Of course, my personal friends know me as someone that likes to laugh, and contrary to how I act on my Twitter/Youtube where I can be very NSFW and a little mean with my rants, I'd say I can be a very nice person. So "funny guy, sometimes nice". LOL!

I think that I would be remembered for my love for the Cincinnati Bengals and my great sense of humor. I really can't think of anything else people would remember me for honestly. I hope I can do some things in the future that people will remember me for a long time. At this time, there isn't much unfortunately. I guess my tombstone would say something like " Diehard Bengals fan" or something like that.

Is it strange that this is actually a discussion I've had with my dad before...?

The only thing I would ever want on my tombstone is something that would get a chuckle out of someone passing by, even if it is dark humor. My dad said that he wants his to be "Sausage and pepperoni." Let that sink in for a moment. If you don't get the joke, let me know so I can explain it. For mine, since I have a gut feeling that my demise is going to be unexpected and a result of being neglectful,  it would be but one word: "Oops..."

Other than for my occasional bursts of rage, I hope I will be remember as a good writer. My (real) name is all over the Internet and some of my articles have reached over 30 k unique readers within a week. Too bad I started that part of my life so late; I hope I can catch up! I will also be remembered as a dedicated lover, in the sense that I take care of my love and show it, try to find things we both like and do them...

For having a million boards and a pretty unique personality.

Probably for being a foul mouthed opinionated jerk,lol. My tombstone would probably read "Here lies Oldschool777,a very misunderstood person,a person that just wanted to be left alone usually and a person that under all the layers of crap that was his personality,was actually a halfway decent person."

I'd like to be Remembered as a Great Cook, and  A famous book aurthor.  
Yes there's other goals, but  realistically That has a 1% out of 99% chance of happening as the Unknown Variable affects and sometimes takes away from your goals in life.

The baker, and cook to come up with unique abilities no one does, and to experiment making it the best thing anyone has tasted in their lives? I get that a lot with people in real life. I do know on Vizzed I'll be remembered for what I do helping people more than myself, and to do anything in my best ability to see that person is doing great, ok and well taken care of. Nothing makes me happier than to help those who are in need of helping, that they can't help themselves for.

As sad as this is to say, as things stand I'd pretty much be remembered by my family as a junkie who never really did any thing with their life.

I spent so many years wasting my life partying and getting high, being strung out most of that time, that's probably what I'd be remembered for most. I haven't really had the time to completely redeem my self yet, but I'm working on it. I'd like to be self-sufficient and independent long enough that my family doesn't see me as a burden any more.

What I'd like to be remembered for is all the good I've actually done. I'm not saying there's a whole lot of it, but there's some there. I've always been really friendly to people, and I know I've touched quite a few people's lives for the better. I'd like to be remembered for how good I was with my niece and nephew, and how much they love me despite all my short-comings. How I try my best to come through for my family, at least now, when ever they need me to. And for the fact that despite digging my self in to a huge hole in life, I some how managed to climb my way back out of it against the odds.

I've been to a few funerals in my time. After a few I decided I wanted none of the somberness at mine. So I think my epitaph would be some death-related joke or other dark humour related to my death. For example, If I died of a heart attack bungee jumping, my epitaph would be "he took a leap of faith-musta seen a wraith, his heart broke, no joke".

Yeah it sucks but it kind of works.

I don't know exactly how I'd want to be remembered right now. If I had to pick, I'd want to be remembered for my morals and willpower, even if everything was going south for me.

IStillSeeTheX : I could just see that.... having a roast or a freestyle rap competition instead of a funeral. That would be so weird and awesome at the same time.

On my massive statue will be carved, "Vanelan - Tyrannical dictator and friend. 10000000's slaved to death in making this statue."

I will be remembered for being the king of twitch. Meaning I will have the most dedicated, and largest fan base and easily ranking number one on twitch. 

I would probably be remembered on here for being kind of weird and being a local for a while. Idk when I'll leave (or die) but that seems to bve the most likely.

In real life I'll probably be remembered for being smart, nice, funny, a bit shy, etc. Maybe my tombstone will have a reply on it as well that'll go something like this- "Here lies ZeeTee who will probably be forgotten in 5-10 years"

In real life, I would be remembered for how shy, awkward, weird, kind, and annoying I was. I would also be remembered for how good I was at computer science and technology.

On vizzed, only my friends would remember me for... well... too many reasons that I'm too tired to list.
