Today I ate at Taco Bell, and on the receipt was a QR code for a Spewpa. Is this country-wide? Or was it perhaps a local thing? Either way, I think it's an indication of how popular Pokemon GO is

I'll have to check that out! I don't get Taco Bell often, but maybe this warrants an exception...?  

My cousins introduced me to Pokemon Go, and we walked around the neighborhood throwing Poke Balls at everything we saw. Unfortunately, we caught more Pidgeys than anything else, but it was fun bonding time. I didn't realize how popular the game was until practically everybody I ran into at the park was playing it too- and my cousin told me that when she was at the mall, "25% were there to actually shop, and the other 75% were there to catch Pokemon and find gyms."  

I wonder what will happen as this game 'ages' and whether its popularity will wane or not. I don't think it will- not only is it Pokemon, it's pretty solidly made.

Oh that I didn't know about. How would I know...I don't live in the usa and go to taco bell. I would like to say this when one of my siblings asked in the group chat who has pokemon go I was surprised I said not me. And I saw my other cousin reply with a picture of an nidoran pokemon with it in a background picture of a road and I just started to laugh. Since I never expected that. So I can imagine who else in my family now has that game. XD

Oh My Gosh, so I actually went onto Twitter to see if I could find any info on this. I typed up Taco Bell Pokemon. I literally found about 100 stories in the past hours, of people making their moms pull over to walk into taco bell just to catch pokemon, or people finding pokemon in their bags, or the craziest stories lol.
