I mean simply put, bad threads are stupid because they rarely have any input, or are usually a rant  that doesn't make any sense.

Then there's always someone behind the thread making it stupid, and always making it bad.
There's 1 by you, it could be by me, or someone else entirely.

Seriously People put time and effort into your threads, make sense with them.  Half of the thread and convos I don't understand in here.

Even DJ Khaled knows there is endless amount of bad threads, there's that one... and...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEI3N9kIyP4
So What do you suggest we do about these bad threads huh?

(PS this was meant to be a joke, so if this comes off as spammy I apologize)

The message of this thread is as obvious as saying that water is wet.
Or is it?
First, let's see what dictionaries think about the definition of "wet".
  • the Cambridge (I think?) dictionary: covered in water or another liquid;
  • Merriam-Webster:  covered or soaked with water or another liquid : not dry
  • Oxford dictionary: Covered or saturated with water or another liquid
To answer the question, "is water wet?", we must first ask ourselves: Can we really say that particles of water are soaked in other particles of water?
  1. When we see a particle of butter in a box of butter, we don't say that the "particle of butter is covered in butter", but the "particle of butter is covered in butter". That sounds stupid, the particle being covered thing.
  2. When we see a person in a crowd of other people, both cases make sense.
And now, the answer to the question that has been bothering me for the last few minutes: Is water wet?
The answer is: Water, it's wet.

I realize a lot of threads are pretty pointless, but it's hard to say what exactly makes a "bad" thread. I mean if one person enjoys reading the rant, or even feels a little better about their own day because they see how rough someone else is having it right now, wouldn't that make it a good thread? Furthermore, good and bad are entirely subjective, so good to you may be bad to me. I would also like to say this first paragraph was supposed to end up being a joke of some sort, and I completely lost where I was going with it halfway through...

I would also like to point out that all my threads are amazing, and everyone should reply to them much more often. I would like to think I bring the most thought provoking and intellectually intriguing topics to the board, and everyone should be more invested in them. I deserve all the credit, even for others contributions, and should be named the new King of Vizzed Board. I'm not just feeling entitled, I've earned this people

(Since this thread was a joke, I figured I'd just be silly and rant something we all know not to be true lol.)

Some bad threads turn out to be well known and very replied to. Someone's leaving thread was so good, it was moved to the treasure can. and some rants get over 30-100 replies, depending on the topic.
