Hi everyone!  I plan to bring back the tournament, but before I do, I want to gauge interest.  Steam games would no longer be offered, but Viz prizes would be raised.  I would no longer charge an entry fee, but would require a sample rap to make sure the user would participate.  If you're interested in participating, either as a judge or contestant, please post below.  I need to see interest before bringing it back officially, as the signups didn't work out last time.

It's a competition by rounds where two people insult each other in turns.  You're free to do it how you like, but the post must be in text, not recorded via video or audio, etc.  I may do a separate tournament for something like that.  But as of now, it's text-only.

I've decided to make this a four-person tournament, instead of an eight-person one.  Contestants, I've reserved your spots, but I'll need introductory raps from you in the sign-up thread once I've posted it.  That's how I plan to introduce you, so make them good!  Judges, your spots are also reserved.  I'll summon you to it as I post it, but won't require you to post there.  You'll be given 10k Viz each at the end of the tournament.  This is mainly so you can know it's about to start and so you can see the contestant's intro raps.  Please, please try to stay open and only judge a contestant by their current raps, not their intro raps.

Expect the thread up by next week, y'all!
