So guys as I went to go and get my last dinner meal I looked to see a spider dangling somewhere seeable in the kitchen. I don't like spiders I am actually scared of them so...I often whack them a lot. Or try and get them out of the house in a nice way using a paper of the sort. But I mostly whack them. Please don't go yelling at me for this. Its always been this way from when I was really young. Ok aback to the topic I went to go and find something to whack the spider then I looked to the floor and saw....a snail. I was like how did it get in here? I kind of yelled and my mum asked me what the matter was. She didn't come downstairs until like a few mins later. I picked up the snail by its shell and said to it don't come back to the house you hear? I opened my front door and kindly put it somewhere for it to walk. Then I came back into the house. So the question is. Any tiny animals that you see, are you nice enough to take it outside once you see it in your house? Or do you prefer to kill it?

Well, it depends on the animal itself. If you were to say, a bug. Then, the highly chance of it surviving my foot would be extremely low. If it's a bunny, then I'd take it outside. So, it all depends on what that little creature is, in my opinion.

I don't totally understand reasoning behind that stuff. In the spider's tongue I am known as "The Unstoppable Foot".
I think maybe it has something to do with how easy it is to touch the animal in question? For some reason people have a natural fear of spiders....Anyway, if it's not a fly or spider; I'm rather merciful to animals in my house. I'll grab big ants and take them outside. Although they may occasionally end up as fish food. But don't tell them that. If the bug flies...Well I have bad news for them. Only the vacuum can reach them.

I wonder what the character limit on this thing is.

Kuti_Kat : well yeah that I can agree on bugs I just often to kill....there are ones that are too tiny to pick up that you may not have a choice but to kill them since there is not other way to chuck them outside of the house. That may sound mean but other people actually often kill any if they are seen within sight range. '-'

A user of this : lol yeah there are people who fear spiders and would kill them when spotted. Spiders are the one I feel sorry for because they are the most that gets killed by people. Because of how they are seen in the house and stuff. But for snails...I've stopped killing them and just take them outside of my house. The only thing that kills them is salt I doubt anyone knew that me and my mum discovered this in the past when somehow our kitchen was raided with snails at one point....

A rather morbid question coming from you is odd

But honestly if its a spider I 100% of the time kill it because there's a good chance some of them are poisonous so I don't want to take chances...

Better safe than sorry yknow~

But I don't bother killing small things like Ladybugs. I mean, usually if I'm grossed out, I flick them lightly to get them to go away. But not hard enough to hurt it.

At least i dont think im hurting it

If I am, i'm sorry ladybugs

If we are strictly limiting ourselves to insect life, it all comes down to the type of bug. Here in the south east U.S., we have a LOT of different bugs. Silk worms, caterpillars and non-venomous spiders I tend to catch and put outside, while venomous spiders, ants, roaches, ticks, flies and wasps I kill. Things like lady bugs, praying mantis, crickets and stink bugs I leave in the house because they aren't invasive or an annoyance. What's unsettling is the rapidly rising local population of more dangerous species of insect such as fire ants, brown recluse spiders and africanized bees. I even found a black widow in our storage unit...

yoshirulez! : Yes I will have to agree with you. And I think how this odd question came to be....maybe after safely letting the snail outside my house that's how it came. When I decided to do some thinking based on that. And yeah your right about those spiders. No matter what they get killed because I am sure they are the most least liked animals in the world...and ladybugs its been a while since I have any normally when I do o take it and pit it on one of my fingers to look at. I then stare at its body with the colourful colours it has or one. Then I let it go by finding a long grass for it to stay on.

m0ssb3rg935 : Wow that's a lot of different creatures you have in the us and stuff. I never knew of them maybe they excited in England too but in rather odd places that are not always to be seen...

Depends. Snails I love them so they definitely stay with me for a little bit then goes outside, ladybugs, and the like. However, caterpillars, anything resembling a worm do not get touched by me at all. But, spiders, roaches, and other insects that look like roaches get killed or at least I'll try to kill them before storming out screaming like a maniac.

jlove92 : I don't like snails... but I like ladybirds if I see them in my house I pick it up with my finger open the door and gently lay it down for it to fly off somewhere. I also don't like roaches...

Tyrian Delirium : I can agree I don't like dealing with them they are the worst. Yeah I mean what is up with that they even fly into your face. '-'

I always take them outside. I have a soft spot for animals, even if they scare me a little like spiders can at times. I used to smash them all without regard, but one of the best friends (and role models, he's 10 years older than me) I have kind of changed my way of thinking about them. This was a guy who would go outside every day in the summer and add water to a puddle that tadpoles were living in so it didn't dry out and they end up dead. Now I do the same kind of thing for any animals I can possibly help.
