New Netplay Server = United States W2

I've removed the 'United States' netplay server and replaced it with a new 'United States W2' server.

Netplay may work better on it but you guys will have to let me know if that's the case or not. It's also possible that N64 netplay might work slightly better with it but that's not a guarantee at all.

Here are a few reasons why netplay may work better with this server:
-The server is more powerful than all of the previous netplay servers (although it's also being used for other things)
-The server has a far better bandwidth than the previous netplay servers (Uplink of 1 GBPS)
-The Mednafen server has been updated to the latest
-The Kaillera Emulinker (used for N64 netplay) has been upgraded to the latest Emulinker X 2.0.2
-The Emulinker server client is allowed to use more RAM compared to before

I've also set it as the default server for now which means it's the server that gets selected if you don't manually select a server (the 'United States L2' was the default before). If this server doesn't work better than the 'United States L2' server, then I'll no longer have it set as the default.

Interesting, I'll have to try it out soon. I wonder how it'll compare with the old server? I guess I'll find out soon. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes for me as soon as I try it out.

EDIT: I went ahead and tried it out, and it's better than the other server. It's not perfect for me, but it's very close.

It seemed to perform pretty well with everyone in the Tecmo session earlier. I certainly had no issues, even when it had like 6 people in the session while streaming. It was fine.

I'll try out some bigger games like PS1 and N64 tomorrow.

Might as well leave my feedback since I'm not from the US.

Other than the expected input delay due to distance, I had to deal with minor freezings and a few considerable increases on the input response from time to time, which happened on short bursts. Still, the session did happen to be a 3P session of PSX (game was Crash Team Racing), which some people seem to have problems with.

I'll give other systems and a games as time goes on and see how it goes. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to show up more often to netplay again.
