So... The title says it all...I decided not to use the poll due to the fact that there are a variety of classes in the various games...

For me, I love the mage class path... From there you can branch off into a couple different places. Even better than this is the new tactician class which combines my two favorite weapon types.... So what do you prefer?

My favorite class in Fire Emblem is the Dark Mage. I love how the great combination of defense and magic they possess. I wish more mages were like that. Most games, they barely have any defenses it seem like.

I love Manaketes. There's something about them I find really cool and useful.

I also like the Mercenary, but I'm not a huge fan of Hero. Also the Great Lord, because I like non-mounted troops that use the spear. So basically the Great Lord.

My favorite class in Fire Emblem are the sages because they are only vulnerable to dark mages in the game and unlike archers or snipers they can attack from both a distance, adjacent, or beside a enemy which is incredibly useful in my opinion. Not only that but they can use fire, thunder, or ice magic as well.

Myrmidons and Swordmasters, definitely. I love how they wear no armor, have high evade, and a massive critical chance, to the point where I'm surprised when they don't crit. Give them a Killer weapon and watch everything fall in one hit, but, in the off chance the enemy actually does survive, your high speed will give you another hit.

And the crit animations look so awesome, well, in the hand drawn, older games (GBA games), in my opinion.

My favorite class is the healer lol. I'm probably alone in thinking this, but the healer was always such an important part of my team, it turned into my favorite class. That being said, on a lot of co op games, when it was a choice, I loved playing as a healer to help the team, so I'm sure that plays a role in my choice.

I like the Druid, Beserker, and Ranger/Nomad classes (Although if they can heal, I will love them no matter what). The Druid has amazing attack power, and can be a real beast on the battlefield not only that, but he can heal himself, and others!. The Beserker has a big and mean sprite, and I love having them rush enemies and destroying little groups by themselves. Giving him a Killer Axe is the best thing ever. And the Ranger/Nomad has great mobility, and I just love using bows.
