Okay, I'm summoning a bunch of you guys that had the idea for the European Revolution forum. I've trashed all the threads in this forum and it is available to you guys. One of you needs to take on contacting David about changing the title and mods and paying the required Viz but I'll leave that up to you guys to organize. Any help you need just let me know.

Furret : yeah, you should have everything prepared before contacting David. Who is going to be modding, the full name of the forum, the color scheme and what not. Not sure which thread it is in but there is a whole list of things you can do.

That should all be decided on before you contact David though because once he has done it I doubt he wants to come back and do it a 2nd time.

I forget how much a forum is these days. I'll be happy to contribute, I just don't know how much I should pay if I should. As for the colour scheme, it seems obvious to do a blue background with a white text, at least for the title with the others, if it's going to be called something like the European Revolution ;p

As far as modding goes when me, palen and mudkip were discussing it I don't think anything became completely set in stone but we figured the european locals (assuming furret is fine with that as well) could mod as well as any european elite+ members are willing, so basically any of you guys who were summoned that are willing to actively be part of it basically

For the name we seemed to agree on "The European Revolution" though other suggestions could be given as well.

My first choice of name was "The European Sector". Then, because of chat craziness, "The European Revolution" was made up. I personally think this forum can be an actual revolution, it has enough potential to become one of the most active rented forums, so the name fits very well. 

I agree in having the blue background and keeping the white text. I have a personal like for red, but I think blue fits better with the site's own background.

About the mods, as Zlinqx said, it's open to any Elite+ European member. I'll be one of them for sure, but the real question is how many mods do we need and how many people would be interested in taking that role.

Once we get all of this cleared up, I'll contact David and send him the Viz. I'm expecting 60k Viz at the very least, if the first post in Rent-A-Forum isn't outdated.

Zlinqx : I think that every European Elite+ member would be a good mod, although I myself don't like The European Revolution that much. 
Although I'm not sure what could be another good name, I myself would like something like 'Europe Central'.

EX Palen : I still like *The Europeans Of Vizzed* name. I dunno why that catched onto me more and it sounds different.. and I agree for the banner colour blue and white. Also red would be nice in there.

Well i'm glad this idea finally came into frutition, I actually had this same idea about 3 years ago but it was turned down due to their being effectively not enough active europeans... 

Here's a few suggestions.....

Colour scheme... Blue and yellow.. It is the EU flag colour..... Ironically the whole blue/white/red scheme is mainly used in America

Name wise i really don't mind... I liked the European Revolution, Not so keen on Europeans of Vizzed. It's too long and too obvious. You could even go a bit OTT and call ourselves Invaders from the East or something... 

As for modding i don't mind.. I applied to be a local but didn't get it and it didn't really surprise me.. Chances are i won't mod again anyways... It's just one of those things really. Does it bother me? Not really. Would it be cool to be a local again? yes. thats about it really.

Eniitan : A respectable choice. It really is a catchy name, and is far more attractive to users that barely know the site rather than a revolution.

If we are going with blue for the background, then we should emulate the European flag and add the circle of stars, even if it's at the very end like in Christian Conservatives. 

By the way, ninja'd by Tiry. Yay me for taking several minutes for a short post like this one.

Blue and yellow would make the most sense seeing as those are the colors used in the European flag.

Oh and I wouldn't mind modding if you need someone. 

I'm in Canada, but I have European blood, does that count?

Furret : Blue background and yellow text? Not the most discrete rented forum to exist, but you're true, those are our colors.

Snowdeath : This will be a place to talk about more European based things, the kind of threads that would more often than not be ignored in the main forums. As long as you know something about the topic at hand, you're free to post.

Zlinqx : We really must decide in the amount of mods we will be using. Alongside you and me, I'm thinking on having three more mods, for a total of five. Should be more than enough, don't you think?

I wouldn't mind if snow joins as well. I agree with furret lol you could act as out spy snow.

I like furrets idea for the banner blue background, and yellow text.

All seriousness though, I'll post if there's something for me to add.

I am able to make a banner (blue background, yellow text and yellow stars at the end). One problem with the banner is: even if you have the actual size of the box, it doesn't show up right. The banner of ''The Land of Doge'' is an example for that. But I think a simple blue background and a yellow text colour works out well.

Just like Ian, I wouldn't mind being a Mod here.

geeogree : We pretty much have all of this sorted out, so I wanted your confirmation over how much Viz is it worth. It should be like this:

-20k for changing the name
-20k for changing the background
-10k for changing the text color
-5k for changing the description
-15k to remove all current mods

In total, 70k Viz plus 5k for each additional mod besides me. Is that right?

TornadoMudkip : You're right, all banners of the rented forums look somewhat odd. Dark blue background with yellow text is the best choice.
