Hello, hello, hello! Do you think you've got what it takes to be crowned the Layout Champion? Well I don't. But maybe you will!

Hi, mario102 here with Layout Wars. The objective: just make a layout!
The rules will be explained later. But to sign up, reply and send 750 Viz over to my account! It'll cover prizes and stuff.
You can either be a judge (you don't have to pay, we just need your time) or a contestant!
The winner will get 50% of all the Viz! Other prize amounts will be explained once the Wars actually begin.
To play, you must make a layout with the theme given to you by the judges or audience. You can use any tools you need. Now here, higher users are at an advantage for using other tools. But it would be cool if you were a noob and won! Also, you must explain how you made the layout in a few sentences (just so nobody loses their Viz). So, let's get to it! I can have as many contestants (infinite) but only up to 5 judges.

I don't even use layouts so there's literally no way I could even come close to winning this thing. Sorry.

Yeah, I didn't realize. But maybe someone you know would like to participate?

   I would like to be a judge because I have nothing else to do during summer. Also it sounds fun.

I'll compete. Sounds interesting enough. However, I think it's a bit silly to explain how we make the layouts because it's an awfully simple process once you have the actual code, which you only need to make once.

Okay! Galacta is now a contestant and awesomeguy279 is a judge! I would like at least 4 users in order to start, in addition to a sufficient amount of judges. You could explain; I just wanted you to so you don't lose Viz.

mario102 : It's probably preferable that you don't just randomly summon people without knowing if they are interested or not. That tends to irritate people.

Although I appreciate that you thought to invite me, I really don't have the time nor skill in Photoshop to make great layouts, so I won't be able to participate. Sorry.
