So some people might not know how to create a meme. Do they download a picture and photoshop the words in? No, but here is how to create one:

The sites I use to create my boring memes are:

http://www.imgur.com

and

http://www.memegenerator.net

ON IMGUR:
Find the "Upload Images" button at the top middle of the site. Click the little down arrow and find "Make a Meme". From there you can find lots of options and a text generator. You can save the meme into imgur and copy/paste the link to whoever might want to look at it.

ON MEMEGENERATOR:
Go to the website, obviously.
There are a series of buttons on the top banner of the site. Click on the YELLOW
button that says "Create". From there you find your picture options, and you can also upload your own meme picture.

HOW TO EMBED YOUR MEMES ONTO THE FORUMS:

Copy the image URL: http://www.example.com/example
Do the picture embed code into the forum post box:

{img} image URL {/img}

NOTE: Do NOT use the "{"s. I used those so the 'picture' will not show as a broken picture.
Use "[" and "]" at the beginning and end of each img code.

Your image should show up in the post.

I hope this helps for any beginners at meme-making!

I used an image from memegenerator.net in the other thread, so I went there to investigate a little. Seems an easy to use tool.

Maybe you could add memecenter to your list? It's been months since I even visit that, but there was also a meme generator in there if memory serves well.

Beneath the surface of our soulless society, a sinister legion of warriors marches towards its long awaited release.

The path into the Deadfaced Dimension.
