Ok so for whatever reason, the settings in my Bing Webmaster account was set so that bots would navigate my site the most at peak hours. I've noticed that the site gets slow during peak hours of the site which is from around 3 PM - 11 PM central time and I today just checked the logs and saw a massive number of Bing bots navigating the site.

I went in and adjusted it so that the Bing bots navigate the site less at this time and more during the dead hours. You guys should notice the site being a lot faster during the peak hours now. I'm not sure how long it'll take to go into affect.

I remember going into the online users page a few times in the past and at the bottom seeing 5 to 10 Bing, Yahoo, or Google bots visit each minute. For me, the times im having the most trouble with speed are actually from 11 to 12, hadn't really seen that many probelms before that.

Thanks a lot for this, the site seems to have been really slow for me recently, and I really hope this makes it faster. At times at like 2 or 3 AM central there is just about no traffic, so it is good that you are putting them there as there aren't many users on the site at the time to see the effects.

Jordanv78 : Yeap I've already noticed a big difference. Also, when the new site design/layout launches, that'll speed up the site even more. A month from now I expect vizzed to be one of the fastest sites that most of us use lol.
