My apologies if a similar thread like this was made. Thus having the answer to my question.

I've tried to play SNES games but its impossible.
I can play everything else, but when I try to play a SNES game it shuts down my internet browser (Mozilla Firefox) and it sends me a message saying "Mozilla Firefox has crashed". It also gives me an option to send/report the problem.

have you looked at this thread and set up the plugin yet? if not go see this and try and see if this helps.

Have you tried Internet Explorer?

Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
I have restarted my computer.
Got the most recent version of Vizzed RGR Plugin.

The game doesn't load, it just shuts the browser down.

I'll keep trying hopefully it fixes the problem.
I wanna get Kirby Super Star started.

hrm, well I'm not sure what is causing that... but you could try IE instead. It might let you play at least....

I have a list of things you can try (copy and pasted from my plugin thread):
1. Give the games time to load, sometimes loading the game and/or your save file can take a while
2. If the screen is black, be sure to click the screen to active the game
3. Make sure you meet the requirements (as listed above), also if it doesn't work in Internet Explorer, try FireFox and vice versa
4. Restart your internet browser (ie or ff)
5. Uninstall and than Reinstall the Vizzed RGR Plugin
6. Try restarting your computer
7. Be sure your computer is up to date
8. Make sure not to load the applet in both IE and FF, if you previously loaded it in one, you may have to close that browser before trying to load it in another
9. Be sure you have the most recent version of Vizzed RGR Plugin (the download in this thread will always be updated with the newest version)
10. Try a different game (might just be the game)

one other thing that people need to know...

you need to click on the screen area where the game is loading... if you click outside of that area then the game won't run properly... so be sure to click there once or twice if you're having any problems.

If for some very strange reason you still cant get the vizzed rgr plugin to work, you can head over to http://www.get-your-rom.com, download a SNES emulator and the any rom you want to your hard drive.

okay.... I had the exact same thing happen to me on a laptop that uses XP.... and all I had to do to get it to work was uninstall the plugin and reinstall it. Unless there is a totally different reason that your computer isn't working with the plugin this should work....

i had the same problem,once i uninstalled then reinstalled i updated my firefox ( click help then check for updates ) and the snes games worked fine

one other thing I've noticed... if you log in and use the plugin from 2 different computers you have to make sure the browser you were using before has been closed (not sure if it's just the plugin or the whole browser)

I got an error when it tried to pull up my save states and what not while I had a game open still on a different computer than the one I was on.

Geeogree: That is very interesting, I never thought about making a test with that but I'll look into that.

I can test it again right now if you want me too... I have access to 2 computers and I can login on both and see what happens...

and now I'm having no troubles with it. I even loaded the same game. Maybe it's because I left the page open for a long time and then loaded from a different computer.

Either way I don't think this is a problem now.... so much for my theory
