Basically, Mother 1(the one on the NES) is being released to US. 2 out of 3 Mother games so far!

At least means Mother 3 has a way better chance of finally shipping to US

The Mother of Mother 3 : *sigh* Another reason why I want to buy a Wii U hopefully they will counteract this by releasing Mother 3 in the US on the 3DS. Anyways I'm glad because now all Nintendo needs to do is release Mother 3 and then the long battle will be over.

Honestly, after playing some of Mother 1 on Vizzed, I have no interest in playing it again. I didn't like the game. Maybe if I didn't start with Mother 3, I wouldn't have been as harsh, but I still think this is a great thing. This pretty much guarantees that sooner or later, we'll have Mother 3 released as well. I don't know if they need Mother 1 to sell well for them to do the official translation or what, but either way, I think it's a given that Mother 3 will come out, because Nintendo clearly knows that Mother 3 is the game that people want to buy.

That's exciting! I don't like mother 1 that much, but this means Nintendo is definitely bringing attention to the Mother series! With Lucas in Brawl and this,  I have no doubts that a virtual console release of mother 3 is going to happen soon

When I saw that, I was very happy because now it's only a matter of time before Mother 3 gets an official American release! I've already played the game on vizzed, but for people who don't use emulators, this is amazing news.
