Gout hits me.  I think the secret to youth is drinking lots and lots of...water?  NA!  Booze I believe.  Well, one of the two, and if it be water you prefer, try a little sprinkle of pink Mediterranean sea salt with it, or slice up a lemon, peel and all and put several slices into it.  Said to work wonders for your body.  Anyway, happy birthday again and good luck with the youth thing
