This blog will be used to update everyone about what's going on at camp. As we all know, camp can be a difficult time, and several people may not adjust to the fast life style. As a result, I've taken it upon myself to recap at least the basics. I don't know everything, nor claim to.

If you wish to submit something for a daily blog here, please PM it to me, and I'll include it in the daily updates! If I seemingly forget to update... I haven't. I'm either writing the blog or am waiting for something to happen first.

Now, a brief explanation on what the blog is and what we accomplish with it... I will recap what happened in both the activity thread (for results), as well as goings on in the individual team threads for future reference, as well as tell one (usually entirely fictional) story below the recap. The story may contain things that are blatantly untrue, and is only done for the purposes of story telling. Consider it fan fiction, if that helps you get past it.

Finally, points scored will be at the bottom of each cabin's story, and at the bottom of the overall post will be a running total.

One thing to make very very clear...

This is the only place on the forum, where you can talk to people from other cabins.

You can still use chat of course, but by and large, this is the global thread for discussion of, and about Vizzed Camp. Just keep it friendly. A little trash talk here and there is whatever, but I will not be hesitant to edit posts if they are in the slightest bit malicious.

That is all. Again. YOU CAN REPLY TO THIS THREAD.

So, recap time!

The first "day" of Camp will be recapped below.

Day 1 - June 1st-7th

Today, the campers got situated into their cabins, and chose team names and their cabin leaders.

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

ZeroTails, A user of this, Furret, Snowdeath, patar4097, and Popeye116 were the initial members of this cabin. But shortly after camp started, Zlinqx joined their ranks (and was even named captain, showing anything is possible). And at the conclusion of this activity, thing1 joined them as well, in exchange for 10 points.

They got off to a rough start, scoring dead last in the team naming competition, and getting 0 points for their efforts at an ironic name.

They chose their captain extremely quickly, and their name just as quickly. Within three days of the activity starting, they chose the name "The Irony", and named Zlinqx as captain and Furret their co-captain.

The speed at which they came to their decision isn't lost on me. It showcases good teamwork if nothing else, and a willingness to step aside their own wants for the greater good of the team. Another team in the last Vizzed Camp had this attitude and ended up winning the whole damn thing. Who knows if they can be a true successor to the Mongooses, or merely a pretender to the crown?

In today's fun facts... thing1 managed to escape the more excitable Cereal Killers, and managed to find a new home. Little does he know, they think they are entirely made of iron. He seems to be trading one headache for another.

Naming Competition - 4th place, 0 points
Took Thing1 - 10 points
Fastest Finishing Team - 5 points

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

JayJaded, megamanmaniac, EideticMemory, mrfe, mvhupsel, SadSecrets, and deg2000 are the founding members of the Melted Army Enclave (an anagram for Cleverly Named Team).

They took their time to come to a decision, in direct opposition to "The Irony", but it ended up working out for them, as they managed to come up with a name that got them in second place. In fact, they took their time so long, that I honestly had doubts they'd make it on the deadline, taking until the very last day to determine their name, captain (mvhupsel), and co-captain (mrfe).

Whether this is out of inactivity, or merely because they wanted to take as much time to get the best possible result, nothing can truly be gleamed on this first of activities, as it is the one that would generally prompt the most discussion.

I do not think they are as inactive as their team thread indicates. Most cabins seem to have Steam or Skype groups (that I can't see!) that allow them to communicate with each other in a more direct way, without having to spam the boards (so one of the cabins is taking my rules seriously!) and try to keep things under lock.

Today's fun fact: mvhupsel has really taken charge with this camp, seemingly leading all discussion, and keeping order, exactly what a captain should do. However, all is not bright... he has a dark secret, that hopefully, doesn't adversely affect his teammates. He's been heard saying, "Yes... that is nice." in the background from time to time. Gulp.

Naming Competition - 2nd Place, 5 points

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

sonicmcmuffin, Blubcreator, mlb789, Barathemos, tgags123, and pacman1755 set up camp in Cabin 3, with juuldude joining shortly afterward. This cabin features what I believe is the highest number of past competitors of Vizzed Camp (in 2012). This alone should give them their edge, as they have many players who know what they are doing... including two players who won the whole thing.

It makes sense, then, to make two of the veterans part of your core, and named sonicmcmuffin captain, with pacman1755 being his second. (Somewhere, a third person cries into the night)

They reached a quick decision as well, however, it was not as quick as The Irony. This quick decision was largely spearheaded by the captain, sonicmcmuffin, with support being thrown around.

Their name, while good, just wasn't good enough to score, having to settle for third place. They hope for a better result this time out.

I'll make a quick note. I don't like airing out people's dirty laundry, and I don't like drama. However, I'd be remiss to ignore it completely, this blog is a statement of the facts. Barathemos and the captain had a brief altercation, although, it's not as bad as it could have been, as both parties became level headed in short order.

Now, bad stuff out of the way... time for some fun. Blubcreator was remarkably ecstatic to be put on the same team with sonicmcmuffin this time out. During Vizzed Survivor, he found himself on the outs of his tribe, and got put on an underperforming tribe that kept losing by way of a heads or tails scenario. He doesn't need to worry about being voted out this time. He's not in any danger. He can finally sleep well at night. And he did. Too well. His snoring kept everyone else up all night.

Naming Competition - 3rd Place, 0 points

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

Gingercream1, yoshirulez!, Gamin'Gal, supernerd117, GameBoy1023, and thing1 were the original members of this newly found pirate ship, but no team experienced a more bizarre changeover on the first day.

Makalya and Galacta joined as a pair, bringing the numbers up to 8. This gave them, for a moment, the largest cabin. Thus, the largest advantage in quantity. However, shortly after these two joined... a fight broke out.

I won't name names, or hash old arguments up, but what should have been a fun discussion on what a captain is had to be intervened on. And soon after that, though you can't blame this discussion directly, thing1 left the cabin, claiming he could not work with someone else in the cabin.

As such, he had been put on the reserved list so to speak.

Recently, he has found a home with "The Irony", and everyone, "The Irony", the "Cereal Killers", and "thing1" are all happier as a result of it.

Ugliness asides, they won the team naming competition, and chose a fitting captain and co-captain. They have a cohesiveness that rivals the 2012 Mongooses. Cohesiveness and chemistry isn't everything, but it can go a long way to winning the competition.

Funnily enough... It's been rumored that Makalya is the reason for things going down at CC+CK (my own pet name for them), and the players couldn't be happier. She brings a life to the event that they all appreciate. Which is appropriate, since the first few days felt very... dead, for lack of a better term.

Naming Competition - 1st Place, 10 points

-----

POINTS LEADERS (+/- gained/lost on first)
1st - The Irony, 15 points
2nd - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, 10 points
3rd - Melted Army Enclave, 5 points
4th - Les Vizerables, 0 points

And that is all for the first update. Next one sometime next week! Feel free to comment, and remember, anything I don't see should be sent to me so I can make a more compelling blog!

OK, update #2. Let's do this.

-----

Day 2 - June 8th-June 15th

This week's challenge was to get a high score in Pac-Man as well as make a flag for their cabin.

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

To put things simply, time with The Irony was rather dramatic this week. There stemmed an argument between thing1 and Snowdeath, which later, was resolved, when one member noted they thought they erred. Fortunately, nothing needed to change, and everyone seems to be getting along, or at least tolerating each other.

The team decided to put Snowdeath on flag duty, with ZeroTails also being put to the task. A small argument (unrelated to the above argument) ensued when thing1 insisted he would work on the flag. Eventually, he relented, and knowing he only meant to help, it was shrugged off as no big deal.

Their flag was the lowest placing of the four, but they managed to at least get third in the Pac-Man High Score Contest (team version), so it wasn't a total loss. They also had their captain, Zlinqx, score high enough to give them a few individual points.

It wasn't the cleanest performance, but they were able to score a pretty point or two. On the whole, they finished third out of the four placing cabins for the week, and are off to a decent start overall. Camp is long. They will have opportunities to make up for the lack of scoring in this competition.

Fun facts - Furret hates this Pac-Man. Like no, really. He absolutely LOATHES it. Whenever I was in his presence, he was notably frustrated at the poor port of the classic game. This is what Camp is about. Adversity. And hopefully beating it.

Pac-Man Team Score - 3rd, 10 points
Pac-Man Individual Score, Zlinqx - 3rd, 15 points
Flag Creation - 4th, 10 points

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

In contrast with the drama involved with the preceding cabin, things with Cabin 2 could not have gone smoother, on the scale of friendship. While some cabins were trying to kick members out, or having silly fights... this cabin actually volunteered to take on not one, but two separate people when checked in with. It's that sort of camaraderie that I love seeing from people. It is for their classy attitude that I'm going to give them 10 bonus points, a veritable gold star, for their hospitality. I ended up not taking them up on their offer (and putting the two and a third in the new Cabin 5), but that doesn't erase what they are about.

SadSecrets is to credit for this flag, which placed in third, despite being quality enough to contend with the flags from the original 2012 competition, due to tough competition at the top end. mrfe was supposed to be involved, I've heard, but he missed the week entirely.

In sadder news, since I just thought about mrfe, EideticMemory has gone AWOL. We all have hopes he will return, so he won't be removed from the competition, but it is very sad that we have lost who was assumed to be a premier competitor.

Onto the good news... the Melted Army Enclave dominated in the Pac-Man competition... Well truthfully, you could just say mvhupsel did, as he won the individual contest outright. He scored high enough to offset Les Vizerables two top 4 finishers, and to allow both deg2000 and megamanmaniac sneak in their scores to take a narrow contest against their Vizerable opponents.

For the week, they put up a huge amount of points, making the statement that even without EideticMemory, they will be a force in competitions. Adding in the bonus points that they gained this week, they score high enough to become this week's top placers. It was a great week for them, and they have to be hoping this will continue.

deg2000 was supposedly inactive, but he still had a score ready for the Pac-Man game. That's huge, as it was the tipping point for average scores. Without deg, the score still would have been enough for them to win, but it was great, nonetheless. Whether or not deg is done for good, he managed to at least make this solid contribution to the team effort, and I'm sure they all appreciate it.

Pac-Man Team Score - 1st, 20 points
Pac-Man Individual Score, mvhupsel - 1st, 25 points
Flag Creation - 3rd, 15 points
Community Spirit Bonus Points - 10 points

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

This week, I wouldn't blame them for being Vizerable... following the conclusion of the challenge, they lost three of their members (Barathemos, juuldude, and tgags123) to the creation of Cabin 5. With the split between them, the split was sure to happen sooner or later, I guess, but it's still unfortunate to be down members in this competition. Down to only four members, they'll have to put in their best efforts to stay afloat.

That all aside, they enjoyed a less Vizerable week in the competitions. With juuldude and tgags123 providing proof of concepts for the captain, sonicmcmuffin was able to take advantage of a loophole, and get everything in, legally. Using one of the unfinished ideas, and submitting it, they were not only able to muster a couple points... they managed to finish in 2nd for the competition. Thankful for the points, the party of three departed amicably, with each group getting the points and credit.

In the high score contest, they had a strong showing from both sonicmcmuffin and mlb789, managing to take two of the four individual places on the elongated podium. pacman1755 contributed a little extra to secure their place in second.

It was a grand week for them, as they finish this week as the week's second best team. And with how they were third the week before... maybe a true first place finish is in their future?

Blubcreator may have found this particular port of Pac-Man too infuriating to continue with. But he wasn't alone. Nearly everyone complained about the poor porting, and I tend to agree. However, this isn't to say Blub complained too. No, in fact, it's possible he asked me to show more awful ports... hehehehe.

Pac-Man Team Score - 2nd, 15 points
Pac-Man Individual Score, sonicmcmuffin - 2nd, 20 points
Pac-Man Individual Score, mlb789 - 4th, 10 points
Flag Creation - 2nd, 20 points

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

This cabin is all about the fun, and seemingly took a laissez-faire attitude with the Pac-Man competition. Once it stopped being fun, they focused on more fun things, not as concerned with the points as the other cabins.

And why would they be concerned, when Gingercream1 boosted up a flag that scored 1st place?

The drama in this cabin has completely dissipated. I haven't heard one negative peep out of them all week, and their morale is likely higher than it is in any other cabin. Whether it is because the captain has kept them happy, or because they are doing well, it is working, and they should definitely keep it up.

As said above, their scoring in the Pac-Man competition was... abysmal. Galacta finished 7,000 points shy of being in the top 4, and giving them a placer on the podium, but outside of him, nobody was all that close (GameBoy1023, the second top scorer for the team, was about 11k points off fourth). They'll be hoping for a better result this week, as only their flag kept them from totally washing out this week.

supernerd117 voiced concerns about being too inactive to truly help with the competitions. I think everyone needs to show him he is loved, and that whatever he can do is more than enough. I don't think I need to even ask. It's plausible they've already done this job for me.

Pac-Man Team Score - 4th, 5 points
Flag Creation - 1st, 25 points

-----

CABIN 5 (Unnamed)
No Flag Yet

This cabin has been founded, as of the end of the past competition. Made up of the "outcasts" (their words, not mine) of Les Vizerables, Barathemos, tgags123, and juuldude hope to make up for the time they spent the past two weeks.

There's not a ton to say, since they just formed, but juuldude and tgags123 worked on the flag for Les Vizerables, and the points they scored for them, also apply to this new cabin, although they have no flag.

Barathemos is happy. There's not a lot to say about that. The goal for everyone should be happiness. So everyone should be like Barathemos. Happy.

Flag Creation - 2nd, 20 points

-----

POINTS LEADERS (+/- gained/lost on first)
1st - Melted Army Enclave, 75 points (+35)
2nd - Les Vizerables, 65 points (+30)
3rd - The Irony, 50 points (0)
4th - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, 40 points (-5)
5th - Cabin 5, 20 points

In case the plus minus is confusing, it relates to the point change from previous week's #1 (The Irony).

As we can all see, a strong Pac-Man performance has willed the Melted Army Enclave into first, with the shorthanded Les Vizerables just a few points behind them. The Irony slip into third, and Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, despite two first place outings (on name and flag), fall into fourth. Cabin 5, which has just debuted has started in fifth, but as this week's rankings show, anyone can still win it pretty easily.

CABIN 5 (Unnamed)
No Flag Yet

This cabin has been founded, as of the end of the past competition. Made up of the "outcasts" (their words, not mine) of Les Vizerables, Barathemos, tgags123, and juuldude hope to make up for the time they spent the past two weeks.

Day 3 - June 16th-June 23rd

This week's challenge was to basically take funny screenshots. We had some funny ones, and a lot of unfunny ones, and we got a final result. Yay.

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

The Irony took charge in a challenge for once, overcoming struggles in the other challenges. This was a result that came to be thanks to their extreme participation. Getting twenty-two screenshots from their players was huge, as their bonus score alone exceeded nearly every team's total score.

Furret mostly, was to thank for their success during the judging, as he placed 2nd, 9th, and 12th, scoring a total of 35 points, which is good for second most among all players in the competition.

They walk out of this week with a lot of points, and that's huge, for a cabin that had to feel demoralized over previous competitions.

Fun facts - Zlinqx has been ostracized from his cabin mates with regards to sleeping arrangements. Apparently his submissions were f***ing creepy. Maybe he can win his way back into their hearts this week.

Individual Scoring - 65 - 20 points (2nd) + 10 (7th) + 10 (8th) + 10 (9th) + 10 (10th) + 5 (12th)
Bonus Points - 110

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

Hopefully, the cabin shuffling is over... the new Cabin 5 is now the former Cabin 5, as the three members joined the Melted Army Enclave, due to all their members basically disappearing for various reasons.

Despite the influx of members... the MAE failed to do much of anything in the contest, and only got contributions from tgags123, one of the new members.

There's not a whole lot to report... mvhupsel stepped down from his captaincy, so now mrfe leads the team, with megamanmaniac as his co-captain. Wonder if the change in leadership will bring them back to the top.

Fun fact - tgags123 may be the first person in the competition's history to design a flag for one team, and submit something for two different cabins outside of the first one.

Individual Scoring - 20 points (3rd)
Bonus Points - 15 points

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

The Vizerable Ones were the only cabin to get hit with a rule violation, as neither their captain or co-captain submitted screenshots for their cabin. The camp counselor (me) had to gather their submissions.

The submissions they did had were nothing special, they had one good one, and the rest were middling or awful. However, participation makes all the difference, so they didn't fall too far behind the two that dominated the competition.

sonicmcmuffin's top submission is ultimately what makes the difference, as without his contributions, they finish only slightly ahead of the MAE.

Fun fact - pacman1755 likes Fat Sonic it seems. I'm not sure how I feel letting the younger children of the cabin around him. Bad influence...

Individual Scoring - 30 points - 20 points (4th) + 5 (13th) + 5 (14th)
Bonus Points - 60 points
Rule Violations - -5 points

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

Their participation wasn't great, or at least, not nearly up to par with The Irony, but they still manage to eke out a good 2nd place finish, primarily thanks to the competition's MVP, Gamin'Gal. Her submissions finished in 15th, 6th, and last but not least, 1st for the whole competition.

Scoring her team 45 points (not counting bonus points!), she finishes as the highest placing individual scorer of the competition.

Outside of her though, the team struggled to get much of anything in the top 15 submissions.

Fun fact - Gingercream1 has been stated to be super excited to show off her fanfiction writing ability. Like, it's almost creepy how obsessive she is over it. Within a few hours of the competition really starting, she already had her first draft up.

Individual Scoring - 60 - 30 points (1st) + 10 (5th) + 10 (6th) + 5 (11th) + 5 (15th)
Bonus Points - 65

-----

POINTS LEADERS (+/- gained/lost on first)
1st - The Irony, 225 points (+140)
2nd - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, 165 points (+90)
3rd - Les Vizerables, 150 points (+50)
4th - Melted Army Enclave, 110 points (0)

-----

If there's a math error, let me know!

As you can see, The Irony has retaken the lead, and have a convincing lead over second place CC+CK. Just one week after leading the competition, the MAE falls into dead last, and are in desperate need of a good showing this week from their players.

Can The Irony maintain a lead (and become the first team to hold a lead two weeks in a row?) or will one of the other teams continue the trend of displacing the #1?

This is going to be quick and not nearly as informative, I think, no one has really shown interest in this blog, and it sucks.

Day 4 - June 24th-July 4th

This week's challenge was to write something, anything, and have it be well written, creative, and fun. Also to do things in the TDV.

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

The Irony didn't do fantastic in the writing challenge, finishing third, but they made up for that plenty, by being the best when it came to the mindless TDV work!

Combining the two scores saw them emerge in second overall, by only 10 points.

Zlinqx carried the load this time, working hard for the team, and scoring 35 points in writing, and 29 of the team's 33 TDV points (thereby being responsible for 85 total points this week, likely the MVP of the week).

45 points came from the other members of the cabin (or bonus points), but no one in particular stands out as having been particularly good at the challenges set out for them. This cabin was also home to the submission with the least amount of effort, which the user has already apologized for. Lesson to be learned... we don't ask a lot at Camp, but we ask you at least look like you are trying.

Fun facts - thing1's stream has become a place where the team gathers to chat. Which is strange to think about when you consider he basically butted heads with his former team. Wonder if it's him or them?

Individual Scoring - 70 Points - 35 (3rd) + 10 (9th) + 25 (Bonus)
TDV Scoring - 60 points - 33 (1st)

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

The MAE emerged victorious this week, as the overall top scorer, behind decent TDV work (that had them more or less tied for first) and good writing ability (2nd, only to CC+CK).

The main players behind this team's top performance were Barathemos and tgags123, in that order.

tgags123, of course, being responsible for the top story of the competition, netting his team 50 points. Meanwhile, while Barathemos "only" scored 20 in the writing section, but managed to put up 30 TDV points (which is good for 60 points)! The two combined (not counting bonus points) put up a grand total 130 points, which makes them my unofficial tag team of the week (not a thing I'll reference often).

Considering they recently left Les Vizerables, one has to consider how they feel losing two members who really made a difference this week.

mvhupsel has more or less disappeared for good, it seems. He's more than welcome back, but it seems as if life at the MAE is ever changing and fluid, with members coming and going, being active and inactive at a routine pace.

Individual Scoring - 80 Points - 50 (1st) + 20 (5th) + 10 (Bonus)
TDV Scoring - 60 Points - 32 (2nd)

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

Les Vizerables emerge as the big loser for this competition. Not only did they not do well in the writing competition (they finished in last), but they didn't do well enough in the TDV competition to make up for it (the only team they beat was the inactive CC+CK).

On the whole, they were led by mlb789, who was one of two members to even get a placing submission, and sonicmcmuffin, who made up for his poor performance in the writing section with 30 points in the TDV Competition.

They have some ground to make up if they want to stay competitive, but it's not looking good for a team that has some "Fighting Mongooses" on it...

Blubcreator hasn't been getting enough love for his 10th place finish in the competition. Without him, this team would be even further back. Getting that fringe 10th spot could be huge going forward.

Individual Scoring - 45 Points - 15 (6th) + 10 (10th) + 20 (Bonus)
TDV Scoring - 30 Points - 15 (3rd)

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

This team baffles me sometimes. When they get motivated, they put up incredible scores (like they did in the writing competition, where, on the whole, they were the champions), but then put up mediocre, or non-existent scores in other things (TDV competition). There's something to be said for only doing the things you want, but that doesn't always lead itself to success, in this competition, or in real life.

Let's focus on the good though...

They absolutely dominated the writing competition, scoring 2nd (supernerd117), 4th (Gingercream1), 7th (Galacta), and 8th (yoshirulez!), thereby having twice as many people get a score than any other cabin. Counting their participation, they walked out of the writing competition with 110 points, by far the most any cabin was able to put up (second was 30 points behind them).

With even a slight effort in the TDV competition, they could have had a massive chance to move ahead. Instead, they scored 0, and have to settle for third on the week.

Captain Gingy, as her team refers to her as, when on-duty, has been captaining their pirate ship cabin thing rather well. It has yet to sink into the earth, so that's something.

Individual Scoring - 110 Points - 40 (2nd) + 25 (4th) + 10 (7th) + 10 (8th) + 25 (Bonus)
TDV Scoring - 0 Points - 0 (4th)

-----

POINTS LEADERS (+/- gained/lost on first)
1st - The Irony, 355 points (+0)
2nd - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, 275 points (-20)
3rd - Melted Army Enclave, 250 points (+10)
4th - Les Vizerables, 225 points (-55)

-----

First, congratulations are in order for The Irony, which managed to be the first team this competition to hold a lead for a second week in a row.

Despite a strong performance, the lack of activity in the TDV competition costs CC+CK, which actually lost ground on the leaders this week, and need to string together some impressive weeks to catch up.

The MAE made up a little ground, but right now, I think they'll settle for just getting out of last place, which is now inhabited by Les Vizerables. It's amazing how things can change in three years. Back then, sonicmcmuffin and mlb789 were staples of a team that dominated the competition. And this time, they are in last at the 1/3 point in the season.

There is still plenty of ground to make up, we are, after all, only a third of the way home, more or less, and 2nd-4th is all bunched together... but you aren't playing for 2nd are you? It's going to take some solid effort to take down The Irony. Can it be done, or is history going to repeat itself?
This is going to be quick and not nearly as informative, I think, no one has really shown interest in this blog, and it sucks.

mvhupsel has more or less disappeared for good, it seems.

"no one has really shown interest in this blog, and it sucks."

I show interest in the blog, I've even favorited it ;-;. Such sadness. Maybe it's because I (or anyone really) haven't really posted in it...

Anyways, yay Irony! We're winning! And it seems like the Irony has a decent lead.

Meh not even this is going to make me participate in the TDV.

Don't count Les Vis out yet. What's a win without a great comeback to go with it?

I actually look forward to this blog everytime we finish a competition. I just never say anything because I feel that I probably shouldn't and I really don't have anything to contribute anyway.

Also I still don't feel bad about my team not participating in the TDV thing, I hate TDV and not even leggy is going to make me do it. -w-

I'm apathetic, and lazy today, but I may as well force out a blog post for you guys, so you know, officially, who is in the lead.

-----

Day 5 - July 5th-13th

Last week, the campers were challenged to... make their own challenge. I know, super lame. But they persevered and came up with some interesting ones.

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

The Irony stepped up to the plate, and fought hard, which is why they were able to come away with a second place finish that keeps them in the lead, most likely, for the competition.

They had many ideas... catching pokemon... trying to make Leggy laugh... but ultimately, their best submission, the one that got them their most points, was the very bane of their existence for the next 1 1/2 weeks.

Mario Paint. This idea, suggested by a user of this, would be immediately made part of the next challenge, much to everyone's chagrin...

Fun facts - As a result of his idea, a user of this has been forced to sleep outside for the duration of the competition.

Individual Scoring - 50 Points - 30 (2nd) + 10 (4th) + 10 (10th)
Violations - -5 Points

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

The MAE came up a bit shorter than they would have liked, and lose a lot of the momentum they seemingly picked up last week.

Not only did they barely participate (juuldude, megamanmaniac, and mrfe being the sole participants), but they also didn't pitch great ideas.

The best idea they pitched, drawing a comic, only finished 6th. It is due to this, and a minor rule infraction that they fall well behind this week, and are hoping for a stronger finish in the upcoming week.

Fun facts - Without naming names, I can say one Fire Emblem playing Mr keeps coming in at the end of the competition period. Somebody should check on him, to make sure his absence isn't serious.

Individual Scoring - 20 Points - 10 (6th) + 10 (9th)
Violations - -5 Points

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

On the other hand, one of the competition's more disappointing teams lived up to their potential in the past week. Not content with just winning the competition, they were also the only team to NOT suffer a rule infraction, and as such gained a good deal of ground on everyone.

The winning idea, that caused this upheaval, was simply a quiz about Vizzed Camp players. Something titled "Which User Is Most Likely To Eat a Cheese Sandwich Upside Down" is generally a good bet to win, when I'm involved.

They also got solid contributions from mlb789 and Blubcreator, though pacman1755 gave it his best shot too.

Could this be the spark, that makes Les Vizerables into a championship threat?

Fun facts - There's not a lot of fun in what I'm about to say, but someone's socks stink, and I can smell it all the way from the Counselor's Corner. Please, use the washing machines provided.

Individual Scoring - 80 Points - 50 (1st) + 20 (3rd) + 10 (7th)

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Not only did they fail to do much in regards to the challenge, they got hit with the most rule violations, effectively being the opposite of Les Vizerables (the biggest winners), thereby being the biggest losers of the week.

The competitors put in effort, but it was rather mailed in, on the surface, as the contests lacked originality, fun appeal, and just in general, weren't very good.

This is sure to be a disappointing effort from a team that was considered a threat to win at the very beginning. Can they pull it together in time?

Gingercream1 apparently looks forward to this blog, every time we finish a competition. So do the members of other cabins, but she broke her silence to say so, which is rather impressive. I was just beginning to think she was mute.

Individual Scoring - 20 Points - 10 (5th) + 10 (8th)
Violations - -10 Points

-----

POINTS LEADERS (+/- gained/lost on first)
1st - The Irony, 400 points (+0)
2nd - Les Vizerables, 305 points (+35)
3rd - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, 285 points (-35)
4th - Melted Army Enclave, 265 points (-30)

-----

First off, anyone can still win this. The last month of competition is always the most important, and features high scoring competitions where anyone can emerge victorious.

Second, in that same vein, the SUPER MEGA COMPETITION is just around the corner. When it comes, you'll know it.

The Irony maintains their lead over everyone else, although the Vizerable ones are making a push to catch them.

The MAE and CC+CK have fallen well far behind, and will need to pick up the effort level, if they have any hope of catching The Irony, who have been by far, putting the most effort in as a team. Some are trying on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place cabins, but on a team wide basis, The Irony is definitely outpacing everyone in terms of effort.

Only 135 points separate first and last place. As many as 350 points for the first 15 slots (16th+ gets 5 points) are on the line. A team that puts in a ton of effort CAN and will make a big statement on who is the chief competitor with a month left to go in the contest. Do not waste this opportunity!

This isn't going to be a super long update, but I need to get this out before I fall two updates behind. So let's crank it out.

-----

Day 6 - July 14th-July 26th

Last week, the campers were challenged to draw Innocent Town in Mario Paint. I don't know!

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

For the first time in a while, The Irony actually struggled. Luckily, they were in the lead, so rather than worrying about putting a dent in someone's armor, they just have a few kinks to knock out of their own.

Their best submission came from patar4097, but that's not saying much, since all their other submissions were worth 10 or less points.

Despite the fact they suggested this challenge (ok, a user of this did), they were unable to get much of anything accomplished for this period.

Fun Facts - Snowdeath has returned! I love Snowdeath, you love Snowdeath, we all love Snowdeath.

Individual Scoring - 65 = 20 (6th) + 10 (8th) + 10 (9th) + 10 (10th) + 10 (13th) + 5 (17th)

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

The MAE are quickly falling out of it, and need something major in this week's challenge to catch up, because this week, the only reason they didn't fall completely out of it was thanks to juuldude, who scored 40 points (they would have had 45 total, but violations knocked the 5 spot off).

That would be all they managed to accomplish, as they fell further behind the pack, as their dreams of winning this competition are quickly slipping away...

Maybe they have some Pokemasters in reserve...

Fun Facts - megamanmaniac got busy with stuff, so now, they are shorthanded. Not literally, their arm and hands are in perfect condition, but metaphorically, because you know, they are basically down a person. The joke sounded better in my head.

Individual Scoring - 45 = 40 (3rd) + 5 (19th)
Violations - -5

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

The Irony may be the favorite, going into this last month of competition, but Les Vizerables isn't giving up, and may be the clear #1 challenger for the title of Vizzed Camp Champions.

This is in large part, due to the leadership and attitude they have displayed over the competition. sonicmcmuffin went the extra mile to create music (that wasn't just the best submission... it was the best by a lot) to score his team 100 of the 135 points they gained.

The rest of the cabin's effort was a little lacking (outside of Blubcreator), but when you have someone who can dish out 100 easy points for you, your life gets a lot easier.

They are working hard and may take the lead from The Irony quickly...

Fun Facts - Speaking of sonicmcmuffin, it is said he is cooped up in his room, battling with his mind, after spending forever making music in the competition. The tune he thinks represents IT is haunting him, so he may have been on to something.

Individual Scoring - 135 = 100 (1st) + 20 (7th) + 10 (12th) + 5 (16th)

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

These pirates got the idea this week (OK, Gingercream1 did) and put forth a top notch effort, scoring plenty of times, and almost catching Les Vizerables, despite the other team having the clear best entry.

Gingercream1 brought in 95 of the 120 points by herself, over four entries, taking advantage of the rules that allowed you to submit as much as you wanted (seriously, some people could have submitted stick drawings and got 5 points for it) and it pays off greatly, as they make a big move, threatening to catch up to The Irony and Les Vizerables in short order.

There's not a lot left to be said about them. Their story is one of two stories. Excitability and then laziness. They will need that excitability to finish this competition in high spirits.

Fun Facts - Let's talk about GameBoy1023. He apparently didn't want to do this challenge, but did it anyway. He's a champ, just for trying

Individual Scoring - 120 = 50 (2nd) + 20 (4th) + 20 (5th) + 10 (11th) + 10 (15th) + 5 (18th) + 5 (20th)

-----

POINTS LEADERS (+/- gained/lost on first)
1st - The Irony, 465 points (+0)
2nd - Les Vizerables, 440 points (+70)
3rd - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, 405 points (+55)
4th - Melted Army Enclave, 305 points (-25)

-----

Only a few challenges left to go, and the race for first is heating up. Three teams are within 60 points of each other, and any one of those three is still reasonably able to take that position as early as this week.

The Melted Army Enclave has a lot of work to do, if they still care, as they are down 160 points, and it will take 2 or 3 strong challenge performances to knock The Irony (or one of the other teams) out of first.

With this week's challenge figuring to leave the potential for high scores (Most teams should score upwards of 250 points, if not more), it is crucial you score now, or you might be out of it for the finals.
This isn't going to be a super long update, but I need to get this out before I fall two updates behind. So let's crank it out.

I don't love Snowdeath.

Jk I do <3

---

Once Zlinqx makes the submissions post we'll get 406 points, which is crazy to think about since that's coming close to the total amount we've earned during the entire competition so far.

Crap, this is the first time I've ever seen this thread, and I immediately like it! Your writing style is witty Leggy. I wonder how the next challenge will turn out.
Don't lie to yourself Furret.

Quick Updateeeee hooooo

Day 7 - July 27th-August 8th

Last challenge, you caught pokemon.

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

Put simply, they caught the most pokemon (all of them) and they also had a fun little video to go with it.

Their MVP this week, and the MVP of the 7th Competition, was Furret. Who pretty much singlehandedly outscored the other teams.

Good on him.

Fun Facts - Furret is a fan of Rise Against. I can get down with that.

Pokemon Caught - 386 (using hacks)
386 Bonus - 10
Catchy Music Bonus - 10

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

They caught the second most pokemon.

Their videos were kind of boring though, so no real note.

I think tgags123 was the person who did the most work, but I could be wrong? I'm too tired and hot to check.

Fun Facts - tgags123 made a hack called Aquamarine a while ago. Ignoring the name, I wonder if it's any good.

Pokemon Caught - 357 (using hacks)

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

They caught the third most pokemon. They also gave me a handy spreadsheet. That's cool.

Most importantly though, they didn't use hacks, which is what allowed them to get the extra points needed to stay close to the MAE.

sonicmcmuffin can be their MVP for spearheading the effort.

Fun Facts - I dunno, let's talk about pacman1755. I'm not sure if he's there or not, but he's doing something. Can you tell today is a hot and miserable day? Truth be told, I'm only doing it today because I literally can't put it off any longer. This entire week has been miserable. How about that pacman1755 though?

Pokemon Caught - 302 (without hacks)
Non-Hack Bonus - 20
Spreadsheet Bonus - 10
Bonus Non-Hack Bonus (for being the only team not to use hacks) - 10

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

This team's tale is a sad one. They were top of the world, and fell to the bottom of the heap.

And this week they only caught about 89 pokemon, which is sad. I can catch that many in about a half hour. This showcases a blatant lack of effort from the team.

Only real MVP here is Gingercream1, who at least tried to get this team some points, with a special mention to supernerd117.

Nothing more to be said.

Fun Facts - If you aren't going to go to the effort of trying, I'm not going to go to the effort of writing even a consolatory Fun Facts section. Good day. I said "Good day" sir!

Pokemon Caught - 89 (using hacks)

-----

POINTS LEADERS (+/- gained/lost on first)
1st - The Irony, 871 points (+0)
2nd - Les Vizerables, 782 points (-64)
3rd - Melted Army Enclave, 662 points (-49)
4th - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers, 494 points (-317)

-----

As you can see, one top contender has fallen well from grace and now sits close to 400 points out of first.

Barring a week where they actually, you know, try, and The Irony does nothing, CC+CK is dead in the water, and on a sinking ship that is playing its last song.

It's too close between the top 3 teams to say who will win. A 200 point gap is nothing when first in each competition is effectively 100 free points, for anyone who cares enough to try.

It's literally going to be about who wants it more.

Let's have a fun one more week!

It's the final update! Bada-duh-duh, dah do duh duh. Do do duh, duh duh duh do...

-----

Day Final - August 9th-28th

In this final of finalities, we played a lot of games, had a mega competition, ad blew everyone away with our lightning fast fingers.

Ok, so the fingers weren't actually lightning fast, but this blog update is, so there!

-----

Cabin 1 - The Irony

Oh, how ironic. I guaran-damn-tee you, when we started camp, 90% of the people not on this team, thought they would flop.

Well, a few months have a way of changing perceptions. They show one of the qualities that makes camp so great. It doesn't matter who you are, whether you played, whether you were a jerk, or whether you are a clown who pissed off everyone in the last competition... all that matters is who you are now. What you choose to do now, and how you go about things. From the outset, they chose to play their way, and that's enough.

Zlinqx, ZeroTails, and Furret performed well in their chosen challenges and moved on to the final showdown, to end all final showdowns. And Zlinqx and ZeroTails tried. Furret... vanished.

Whether they win or not, they tried, and they get a round of applause for sticking with it, and changing the original perceptions of their team. Well done to all of you.

Final Fun Fact - Snowdeath was recently seen coming out of a certain counselor's cabin early in the morning. Well then.

Mini-Challenge Marathon - 120 Points
SUPER MEGA CHALLENGE MARATHON - 275 Points
Final Point Total (barring bonuses at the end!) - 1266 Points

-----

Cabin 2 - Melted Army Enclave

Here's a cabin that began with a lot of promise, but seemed to change leadership like a girl changes clothes. Losing members left and right, but then gaining new members, and then losing more of them left and right, the MAE emerges as the team to have the most members play for them.

All this quantity however, mattered not, as only a few members even participated in more than one challenge, proving one old axiom of camp true...

It doesn't matter how many people you have, or how good they are at anything. You have to actually play the game to win. And they really did not come to play this year.

Final Fun Fact - There's little to be said, but what can be said is that juuldude at least opened the door for them. Unfortunately, he never shut the door behind him and a tornado came and swept them all away. Oops.

Mini-Challenge Marathon - 60 Points
SUPER MEGA CHALLENGE MARATHON - 0 Points
Final Point Total (barring bonuses at the end!) - 722 Points

-----

Cabin 3 - Les Vizerables

Just as the cabin preceding them proved you need to try, to win, this cabin proved a different axiom true as well. It doesn't matter how few in number you are. A single member can reverse the tide of a battle.

It wasn't just a singular person, but Les Vizerables went from afterthought with team drama to a unified fighting machine. A veritable team of four, by the end, they perservered and found themselves in the lead, going into the final showdown, a showdown they utterly dominated.

It doesn't matter how well you start a race. All that matters is how well you finish it.

Final Fun Fact - mlb789 has more or less given up on Vizzed, which is a shame. Innocent Town always grieves the loss of quality members, and even more so, do we grieve the loss of a moderator, even if they never got the chance to do anything.

Mini-Challenge Marathon - 425 Points
SUPER MEGA CHALLENGE MARATHON - 950 Points
Final Point Total (barring bonuses at the end!) - 2157 Points

-----

Cabin 4 - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers

You may have noticed, each cabin represents a quality of camp. The three before this have all been largely positive, but there's a dark underbelly to positivity, and that exists solely as a cautionary tale for future competitors.

This cabin proved one thing, it doesn't matter how energized you are at the start of a competition, if you can't maintain that energy over the course of a competition.

This cabin started very active, but fell out of things very very quickly, despite the efforts of Gingercream1. It doesn't matter how hard you try sometimes. Sometimes, all you can do, is what you can do.

For the past two months, Gingercream1 struggled to get her teammates to do much of anything. They lazed about, complained, or flat out didn't care, once they signed up. The few who did play, I thank you, for preventing this cabin from becoming Trailmachines Mk. 2.

In the end, all you can do, is hope you get lumped with people who give a s***.

Final Fun Fact - Round of applause for Galacta, who despite a lack of interest (according to various people) actually did something to try and get this team into a position where they could advance at the end. Unfortunately, he vanished. So they didn't score.

Mini-Challenge Marathon - 75 Points
SUPER MEGA CHALLENGE MARATHON - 0 Points
Final Point Total (barring bonuses at the end!) - 569 Points

-----

With that, the final scores are "set" at...

Les Vizerables - 2157
The Irony - 1266
Melted Army Enclave - 722
Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers - 569

-----

But we're not done.

First of all, we have awards to give out to various players. Some are good, some are bad. All have accompanying point totals. Given the standings only two teams might be adversely affected, but I figure this is a better indication of how things went than the numbers show.

We'll start with the least important awards and work our way up...

Mr(s). Positivity - For having an unkillable streak of happiness, and taking everything with stride, getting to the end in a positive manner... sonicmcmuffin - 10 Points

Mr(s). Negativity - For having a s***ty attitude that is deserving of being called out, for nearly ruining camp... thing1 - -10 points (to the Irony, who last held his rights)

Commendation, Scoring - For scoring points early and often, and for just participating in general, multiple winners... Furret, Zlinqx, Gingercream1, supernerd117, Gamin'Gal, mlb789, Blubcreator, juuldude, tgags123 - 25 points each (you'll notice one omission... we'll get to that shortly).

Commendation, Participation - For just participating. You may not have scored as much as those above (barring one specific user...), but you all tried. And to me, trying is more important than winning. Multiple winners... ZeroTails, a user of this, Snowdeath, Popeye116, yoshirulez!, Galacta, GameBoy1023, pacman1755. - 10 points each.

The "We Miss You, Please Come Back to Us" Award - They won't really get any bonus points for leaving, but we figure this is a good time to speak of the members whose time in this event was cut short for whatever reason, and hope they try again next time... patar4097, Makalya, JayJaded, megamanmaniac, mrfe, mvhupsel, SadSecrets, Barathemos, deg2000 - 0 points

The Highest Scorer Award - This award goes to the user who simply scored the most points over the course of the competition. There's little to be said, this used is responsible for over 1,000 points, which is a key part of why his team has over 2,000 points before bonuses... sonicmcmuffin - 50 Points

Now, we're about to get to the three most important awards of the night, the three that I spent the largest time wrestling with, because it does alter a couple of things, and I think it will cause a little debate. Moreover, as you get points for these awards, some might deem this unfair, and a misuse of power. But I contemplated these awards for several nights, as I think of how to end this camp. And it only felt right to do this. If there are complaints, they may be justified. But leaving it like this leaves a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm not satisfied without correcting a few things.

First of all...

The Leggy Award for Excellence, Tier 3 - This is my way of saying, you, as a user, are the third place finisher in the MVP race. You performed admirably, and scored higher than anyone in this entire competition. That's all well and good, and we discussed this earlier in the evening, so I know you know where I'm coming from. This user not only beat everyone, but helped tremendously with fixing up the numbers for me in a spreadsheet, so I could see exactly who did what, and how to appropriately award these bonus points to all of you. In a normal period, this would be enough for him to finish first in the MVP race, and by many rights, he probably should. I do not think he will complain though, as his contributions have made it basically assured that his team wins. An award may be nice, but flags fly forever. And he's now a two time Vizzed Camp champion. This award goes to sonicmcmuffin, who will gain 100 more points for his team.

The Leggy Award for Excellence, Tier 2 - This one was a little tougher decision. I had to debate heavily between all three users for all three spots, and now that I've set the bar for excellence, I have to make sure I keep raising it. And that's just what I'm going to do here. This user dominated the art category, like no one probably ever will again. Fantastic flags, great drawings of Innocent Town, and good Mario Paint skills in general... but on top of all of those things, very few users were as instrumental in keeping their team relatively in the game. Some may see her constantly summoning her teammates to participate as badgering... but I don't think people realize just how inactive her team was before she summoned people. Only a handful of people participated without her intervention, and she may be the single greatest reason why there was even a chance for her team to catch up for third place. One player, a good team does not make, but for every ship, needs one good captain to go down with it. Our second place finisher in the MVP race is Gingercream1, who will gain 250 points for her team.

Finally...

The Leggy Award for Excellence, Tier 1 - This is definitely the hardest of all three awards to decide, because really, each of the two users has a legitimate case, and legitimately, one or two might think they deserved to have this over this particular user... including people who didn't get named in either of those three awards... This user however, was instrumental in keeping things close, going into the final competition... more importantly than that, however, this user scored a lot before that event, and may have gone as unheralded in this greatest of competitions. This user participated in most competitions, and when they did, they scored well, as evidence by a certain screenshot competition. Their potential is even higher than I think they even realize, as had they done everything from the beginning, we may have had a very different result here today. Ultimately, I feel like this player was the single most valuable player to their team, as they were the main reason Les Vizerables had to wait an extra week for their coronation ceremony. The winner of the MVP for this Vizzed Camp, and the benefactor of 500 points... Furret.

I'll end the award ceremony on this note. I could give a LVP award (there are a few who deserve it...) but I think we'll end on a positive note... First, let's get a look at the FOR REAL FINAL STANDINGS

-----
Bonus Additions
The Irony - 580
Melted Army Enclave - 50
Les Vizerables - 220
Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers - 355

-----

FOR REAL FINAL STANDINGS
1st - Les Vizerables - 2377
2nd - The Irony - 1846
3rd - Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers - 924
4th - Melted Army Enclave - 772

-----

I feel like this more accurately represents how things went in this camp period. I'll maybe give more stats tomorrow (I have a lot of them!), but none of them will count for points or demerits.

Some may notice, Captain Crunch and the Cereal Killers moved up to third. This wasn't by accident. I feel like they truly were the better "team", and would think so, even if they didn't gain enough bonus points to overtake the MAE, by way of actually having people participate, which is the most important thing with regards to Camp.

This could have been easily avoidable, but the MAE's efforts in the final challenge(s) show exactly what I'm talking about. A complete lack of interest. juuldude was the only one who even TRIED on the final competition, despite it being very clear that they would need all hands on deck to actually try, if they wanted to stay in third place. I take this as a sign of complacency. Meanwhile, two people on CC+CK actually tried to compete, (well, three, actually, but one wasn't in the top 5 of the final competition) to reverse their fortunes.

They may not have succeeded at the time, but there was actual effort on their part, including from one member who I hadn't expected to even see again.

So yeah, if you have a problem with it, that's kind of too bad. The MAE had the world's largest advantage, basically boasting an all time roster of NINE members (I may even be forgetting someone) but never actually having any of them do much of anything.

-----

I said I wanted to end on a positive note, though, and I mean it.

This has genuinely been fun.

You guys worked hard for three months, and dealt with delays on my part (I apologize, my life has gotten really crazy), and more or less, beared with me at every turn.

This camp would not be a success without ALL of you trying your hardest, or trying at all. A camp may be run by counselors, but a camp cannot function without campers. It can without counselors. It would be inmates running the asylum, but still...

One thing that I think proves this above all else is how you handled the final showdown.

Each cabin was tasked with choosing a game that their cabin, and the others, would play to decide the end. At the time, I was nervous, because I was giving you guys the power to really troll us all, and pick something that would leave everyone frustrated.

But you all surprised me. You chose wisely. Donkey Kong, Balloon Fight, Sonic 2, and Punch-Out. You each chose very different games that require very different skill sets, and made a set up, that I'm not sure I could have come up with myself. I had a few of those on my radar, but this would not have been the challenge I chose for you.

In that instance, you proved, you did not need a counselor to have fun. You proved you didn't need me to have fun. I needed you.

And I'm glad I was able to have you all here, for the past three months.

I know it wasn't always easy, and sometimes, it got boring (blame me for experimenting with a three month format!), but you never complained too much, and never protested my decisions, once I made it clear I was trying to be as unbiased as possible.

Objectively speaking, this camp may not have been better than the 2012 Camp (simply because 2012 had way more activity) but it was a good one, and you all may have saved camp for future years.

I was seriously considering this being the final one, because frustration early, with the drama, and accusations of being biased really took me out of things. And until a month ago, I hadn't changed my mind. I had wanted to keep this being a rare treat for all of you, but it ended up a nightmare.

Then something happened. The complaints stopped. People played games. And most of all, people looked like they were finally having fun again. I'm not sure what happened, but it has given me the confidence that I can give this another chance in a couple years.

However, one thing became apparent over the course of this competition, that's less than great news for fans of my games... and that's that my life is picking up, and that I'm simply getting to the point where things are difficult. I can't be online as much as I used to be. I'm no longer able to religiously alter games, and focus on them with all my being.

I'm only one man, a man who just turned 23 the other day, and is picking up and moving to California in a month or so.

I'm only one man, but I have a whole community here who respects what we have created here in Innocent Town.

Whether it is Mafia, Murder Mystery, Camp, Survivor, or anything else, I have confidence the fun will continue to go on, even if one day, myself, pacman1755, or any other users we deem to be "trustworthy" of mod status decide we have to up and disappear. Because again, you have proven with this exercise that you don't really need counselors to have fun. We need you, and we are glad to house all of you.

Is it getting misty in here? Why does this feel like a goodbu?

It's not goodbu, not even close. I'm still here, and so are you. The night is young and so are we.

Here's to more future excellence from all of you, and to more games to host for all of you.

Let Innocent Town, Camp, and all we hold dear, never die.

~Camp Counselor Leggy

-----

And that's all she wrote. Camp is now over. I will take this time to announce that pacman1755 will be hosting another round of Murder Mystery in a couple weeks, with signup beginning next week! You may be wondering "wait, I thought Mafia was coming soon!", and I apologize, but I think the post above makes it clear to all of you that not only do I need a break, but I'm also going through a huge life change!

Mafia 20 will come by the end of the year, I promise you all that. But for now, prepare to join in on what I hope is another fantastic Murder Mystery!

Now to summon everyone who participated in Camp! (Cabins at start). Anyone who ENDED in Cabin 3 (Les Vizerables) is credited with a win! These users are sonicmcmuffin, Blubcreator, mlb789, and pacman1755! Congratulations!

Congrats Les Vizerables!
You guys did very well the last couple of activities and totally deserve the win

My main goal going into this was not to win, but to do my best and have a fun time with my cabin members. We ended up leading the competition for a long while as a result of it.

Oh and definitely signing up for murder mystery.
