Just like the question and the title ask: Can Streamer's be Classified as Let's Players? I want to know others interpret this, as it may vastly have an effect on the title change of this forum. 

Actually it depends. Because streamers do different things and that I can point out. There are some that stream games, but are not always lets plays. But whereas some do. You find that on youtube. On youtube you can find a different range of vast streamers who stream how they like and how they want it. So it is hard to determine with that question.

I guess they are kinda the same as "Let's Players" Only difference being that they are doing it live.

I believe though, that most "let's players" are people looking to play through the entire game. Although I could be wrong in this assumption.

It depends. Streamers that play through a game are let's players. Streamers that play multiplayer games or games that don't end aren't.

It really depends, for example I think that Joel from vinesauce is just a live comedy show, but I do find people that play LoL live let's players, so I won't vote.

Not all Steamers are Let's Players and not all Let's Players are Streamers.

My definition of a "streamer", is someone who streams live, and don't edit out parts that show them at their worst. Many Let's Players end up also being Streamers, simply because you can archive the footage on Twitch and transfer it to Youtube. There's just no reason for a Let's Player to not stream, these days.

My definition of a "Let's Player" is someone who plays a game, either to completion, or near completion (or starts with the intent of completing the game, but passes it by if they get bored of it). Usually they are experienced with the game, and thus, know how to get through quickly, showcasing gaming skill. However, it's possible for someone to do a Let's Play on a more casual note, picking it up for the first time, and doing a slower, more methodical playthrough.

So I wouldn't say streamers are necessarily Let's Players, but they can be. It depends on the context.
