I was looking at my arms and shoulders and like I've been noticing lately that my arm hair is blonde, and most of the time it is usually black. Now I actually use to think that it was just the sun reflecting off of my arms but that doesn't seem to be the case. Reason: I'm not in the sunlight right now, and it happens at night. I don't know if this is a part of growing up but I just want to know.

The question is plain and simple, what colour is your arm hair? Does it change colours? Please don't spam, and don't judge others people body hair. Thank you.

My head hair is partially blonde, partially brown, but my arm hair is pure brown. It used to be blonde so I couldn't even see it unless I looked very closely. My arm hair doesn't seem to change colors. Also, my head hair used to be completely blonde but over the years it's stayed partially brown no matter what. I've always thought blonde-and-brown hair is awesome, so I'm pretty satisfied with my hair being that way.

My hair is dirty blonde now but when I was younger it was like pure blonde. My arm hair colors don't really change colors though. It may of been because you were in the sun which makes the color of your hair a lot lighter. Once you get in a dark space it looks darker.

After checking my arm hair, it has like a blonde/black mix to it. But like what was said, it mostly depends on your age and skin tone, If you're in the sun and you're young, you get a blonde-dark blonde look, or older, you get a gray-white look, and if you're an indoor person, then it's more of a brouwn-black color.

My arm hair is a sort of blondish-gray. Since I'm pubescent, it's not thick at all and is in fact kind of transparent.

Because of age (!!) my beard is slowly turning white. It is very obvious when I let it grow...

Otherwise my hairs tend to turn redder when I'm under the sun a lot. It is nothing like my uncle (his beard is completely red, and so are his daughters' hair) but I can spot the genes

Not just my arm hair, but my hair on my head as well. At times people ask if I dye it or something, they always assume my hair color has changed for some reason. I tend to let it grow kind of long and then buzz it all off, so there are times when the sun bleaches it making it look lighter. When I cut my head hair it can look darker because the roots aren't as bleached from the sun. Kind of weird, but that is the only explanation I can come up with. Also, I have never dyed my hair. haha

All hairs on my body are black, my facial hair, hair on my arms, hair on my legs on and so on. When I've been in the sun, it turns to a more shining brown however, which is funny to see.

Most of my body hair is a medium Brown colour.. Except for my beard.. Which has patches of Ginger and Blonde in it.. I know that as a child my body hair used to blonde though.. But as with a lot of blondes at childhood it slowly turns brown  with age..

Another thing to consider is that body hair is usually thinner than the hair on your head.. So sometimes it can seem lighter than what it is under the right circumstances.. E.G in direct sunlight. 

But as other people have mentioned the more time you spend in the sun the more likely it is for your hair to get lighter..

This has got to be one of the weirdest yet most specific questions I've seen a thread made off on the board lol. Anyways my arm hair is about the same colour as the rest of my hair possibly a bit darker, it can be a bit hard to tell.
