For 5,000 Viz, you can "Rent an Admin" on the Vizzed Minecraft Server for 15 minutes. The server admins will help you do whatever you need done using their admin powers and access to world edit (more info on what that can do below).

This will be great for users who want to work on big projects. It'll also give regular users a better chance at winning competitions since they'll now (indirectly) have access to the same tools that admins do.

Here's how it'll work. If you ever see an admin server on the Minecraft server, you can ask them if they're available to be rented and if they are, you send them 5000 Viz to their Vizzed account and they'll work for you for 15 minutes. If you don't see any admins on, then simply post to this thread requesting for a server admin's service and what you want them to do and they can either do it for you in the mean time (you'd have to send Viz first of course) or try and schedule a time to get on when you're on.

5,000 Viz seems high but here's why: you're taking up an admin's time and some of us can get pretty busy.



Rules:
-We will not create any single structures larger than 128 block in any direction. So for example, you can do a 1x128 structure, a 128x128 structure, a 4x4x128 structure, etc.

-You can request up to an hour worth of admin time per a day.

-You must have claimed the land that the construction takes place on.

-This only applies to the default 'Vizzed Ville' world and the 'Creative' world.

Structures we can create using WorldEdit (only applies to Creative world):
-A big simple structure of almost any sort such as a huge wall, floor, path, etc

-A box, pyramid, cylinder, or sphere (hollow or solid and of 1 block type or a variety of types)
-Create a forest of any type of trees and can specify size, type and density
-Copy and paste stuff
-Replace blocks with another block type within a selected area

Letting you both know of this. Feel free to keep the 5000 Viz for the time you commit to doing this. However, if a user's structure ends up costing them additional Viz, that additional Viz should be sent to the Minecraft Admin account.

I'm sure the Viz can help fund some of the competitions we intend to host over the summer.

I'm invariably online after 8pm on weekdays, but I can be on at other times if someone shoots me a PM and asks.

I just updated the rules of this. Anything that involves us creating blocks for you using world edit only applies to the Creative world (a new world which will be available soon). All other things apply to both Vizzed Ville and Creative world. I also removed the additional Viz costs.

David, can i rent you for about 15 minutes.



I don't know if I have to be online for this, but I would like you to copy the castle i built in the creative world on the path to the three other paths to look just the same. I haven't claimed those spots yet as I don't have any more and it won't let me buy claim blocks, but I will claim them as soon as I can.

Barathemos : Actually I kinda feel like your castle interferes with the path. I planned on placing my own claim on the path so that no one can own anything on it.

Would you mind if I moved your castle and claim to the side of the path? If I allow users to claim the path then users are bound to mess with it and it's meant for navigation.

Hey, this is a pretty sweet idea. I just have a couple of questions that I may have missed when reading through this.

Are people allowed to ask for command blocks using this service?

And what is someone wanted to make like a huge wall of diamond/gold blocks using an appropriate command? Wouldn't that affect the economy?

Darkpower508 : I was actually JUST chatting with David about command blocks. Command blocks aren't to be used in competitions, but IF it can be finished in the rented time allotted, command blocks are allowed.

Also, I noticed David doesn't have you added to the list of 'qualified server admins', you probably should talk to him if you want to be added to the list. I don't know if there was any specific qualifications or limitations for who's on the list, but it'd be good to check with him before renting yourself out.

As for the wall of blocks, you'd use the price guide and a calculator to figure out how much their blocks would cost (if the materials are extremely bountiful and not something super cheap like dirt). You'd then charge the user the amount of Viz or mViz they'd pay for the blocks.

Yeap, users can have us create command blocks for them but command blocks are usually time consuming so there's not a lot they could have done with the time when it comes to command blocks. Just keep in mind that any structures created with command blocks are not eligible for the current competition.

I actually changed the rules of this service a few days ago. When a user rents you out, they can only have you create stuff in the Creative world so therefore it doesn't matter what material they have you use. In Vizzed Ville, the only commands they can have you do include moving, removing and a few other things.

Also, if you want to be considered a qualified world edit admin, you should have one of the 3 current qualified world edit admins go over a few things with you and sorta train you in.

Do I'm working on a project, a big one, and because of the lag I get at home, I won't be able to be on for more than 10-20 minutes at a time, so I need some stuff filled in, like a floor.

Here's a picture of what I need filled in, it runs from 381, 70 - 481,70 - 481,110 - 381, 70 in creative and takes up the heights of 150 and 151. I need both levels filled in with blocks. I need level 51 filled in with diamond, and level 52 filled in with grass.
