I think this is very stupid and extremely dangerous. I never tried this but I did with a closed pen because somebody told me to and it's impossible, I hit my hand at least a dozen times in under 30 seconds. That guy in the video must have been to the hospital too many times in the past if he's that good at it with an actual knife.

It reminded me of a juggler who tosses flaming objects or those people who like to swallow swords.

If something goes wrong, it would turn out really horribly, but they have the practice to avoid that.
It might be dumb for them to be doing this in the first place, but I won't question their life choices.

If just anyone tried to do this and practiced with a knife, it would be stupid, I agree.

I honestly think it is very dangerous and stupid. When I was a kid, I saw a bunch of people using safety scissors and playing the game. I actually tried it once, hit myself a couple of times. I stopped doing it after that. I don't understand why it would be considered fun or a game. I guess it is the adrenaline rush or excitement. I don't know. My friends and I did something similar to that, but with the eraser end of a pencil, way, way, slower than the people you see on YouTube doing it, and looking directly at where we were putting the eraser and where our fingers are. Nobody ever got hurt thanks to this safer method. But honestly, I don't think that anyone should try it.

Honestly I don't think it really proves anything doing that. It may prove how good you are at certain qualitys but really it's not something I would do. It just seems really stupid in my opinion. I mean I am not one to judge somebodys life choices , so I won't do that but if he got really good like that he must of hurt himself quite a few times before he got so good.
