I think, no question that Giygas (Earthbound) was the scariest boss ever. Honestly he's not that scary, but compared to other bosses, he's pretty scary.
And also, have you stared at him for 5 min? Your mind goes all funny and you keep on seeing fuzzy things.( Whoops, heading off this topic)

fair enough. I just didn't see what was so scary about him after watching the youtube videos I could find... but I do understand what you mean. Most games have an effect like that at different points that if you don't play it you just don't understand.

Its not really a boss, but ReDeads from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask really scare the S**t outta me. I first encountered them at like, age 4 and now im 13 and they still make me run out of the room. They aren't a boss, I know, but they are still scary! and all because of them, I can't play Oot because of fear of them randomly popping up. Crap, now I'm going to have nightmares just thinking about them!

Tyrant wasn't scary to me at all(because I were 13 years old he heh how rude, isn't it), in fact, chris was laughing at him(and said: wesker, this is your savior?) and tyrant wasn't really that strong(because I used magnum, did I say that out loud?), he was one of the easiest bosses I've ever faced(didn't meant to start a fight, it is just my opinion).
