Hello, people from the land of V! Green here with another Mirio thread here! Mario fans, if you're looking for a thread to post, then you've come to the right place! I'm sure every single Mario fan has tried at least one of the 'new' Super Mario Brothers game. Which one is your favorite? Mine is New Super Mario Brothers Wii because it is a lot of fun, and lots of challenging levels to beat. Also, it is fun to beat the crap out of the Koopalings :3. The gameplay is smooth, too. Which one is your favorite? So far, there are four 'new'  Super Mario Brothers games, and they are: New Super Mario Brothers for the DS, New Super Mario Brothers for the Wii, New Super Mario Brothers 2 for 3DS, and New Super Mario Brothers U for Wii U.

greenluigi : I own none of the New super mario bros. series. But i did originally have the versions on the wii and wii u. Out of the two, I think i liked the version on the wii u better. Mainly because I just liked the wii u gamepad better than doing the wii remote. I know that you could use the nunchuck, but that didn't feel right for the wii version. The version on the wii i think was harder. It took me a month and a half to complete it. I practically laughed in the wii u version's face by blasting through almost the whole game in a week's time (I was on the last world.) But the one on wii u was so much fun even in that week's time.

My favorite is New Super Mario Bros. 2. The game's coin craziness is one of the reasons why. I really enjoyed trying to get as many coins as I could and keeping track of the coin counter. It's also my favorite because it introduced the golden Tanooki Mario power-up, which made the game more playable for people who aren't skilled at Mario games!

I'd say my favorite is a tie between the original for the DS and New Super Mario bros. U. The original brought some pretty cool ideas to the table such as the mega mushroom and mini mushroom. And the levels were pretty cool and concise. New Super Mario Bros. U however improved on this with the multiplayer established in previous titles, better graphics and the challenge mode feature.

I enjoy every New Super Mario game that comes out, but I have to say that my favorite one out of the bunch is New Super Mario Bros. Wii because of the propeller suit, and a few other things it improved from the DS version.

I'd probably have to say that my favorite out of these choices would have to be New Super Mario Bros U because it was the first HD Mario game, and I felt like the final boss battle was way better than the ones in previous new super mario bros games.
