When you're alone playing smash you probably set some bots for play and have some fun
but at what level you set those bots?
For me, I set the bot level around 7 to 9, to have a real challenge

I set the CPU to level 9 and they're still too easy. Scientists are trying to fix problems such as global warming and diseases, but they should be trying to fix the main, biggest problem here in the world. The fact that Smash Bros. computers aren't good enough. They need to have a level 10 where it's super tough to beat. That'd be fun. Like Cruel Melee. They give a lot of damage and knockback, sure, but their intelligence is greater than level 9.

mourinhosgum : I believe you  have to collect the almighty Dinner Table Hat by completing Circus Clown mode, then it lets you wave cancel and L-dash. As for the CPU tips, you have to train as the best character to beat them... Pichu.

When I first started Smash 4 for the 3DS, I started at level 6, but over time, I got higher and higher and I have battle all 3 opponents at level 9 and I have won most of my battles.

I agree with TFW, it needs to be a level "10".

if yoru talking 3ds version I normallu spend my time in Smash run mode.  for multiple computer I usually leave them at around 5 or 6.  For solo battles I keep them at 9.   One of my faveorite things to do is to fight against my own character.  One of my best matches was a 4 way link battle.
me, 3, 6, and 9 and oddly enough the 3 won the fight. o.0  Im still not sure how that happened but it was a fun battle nonetheless haha.  but yeah I like to battle computer versions of my mains to see what they do and figure out extra strategies.
Another fun one is setting them on RANDOM for items and power ups if ya have custom characters on ^^
