What Was your favorite line of dialogue from any Video game and why? And does it have a story or Reference behind it? Thank you kindly for viewing and I'm looking forward to your replies!

My favorite NPC Dialogue comes from The Elder Scrolls IV: Skyrim.

Just after joining up with the Assassins Guild you get to ask the other members about themselves. In a typical speed dating style answer one of the female members states "Well, I enjoy long moonlit walks on the beach, knitting, and unicorns. In fact, once while on a night time stroll along the shore I saw a unicorn, and promptly killed it with my crochet needle." Typical Assassins

I don't rally know why it's my favorite NPC quote but I do remember laughing for hours on end after hearing that one. Perhaps if everyone was so bluntly obvious in the "So...I don't know anything about you" stage of a relationship (Well rather the "I've read everything on your profile, hunted down your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Vine accounts... but I don't want to sound like a creep. So...I'm going to ask you to tell me about yourself" phase of a relationship.)

I would have to say that one of my favorites would have to be from Skyrim as well. 

" You can not enter. There is a, uh, tax. Yeah, a tax! "

It's a classic. From the Legend of Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link for the NES.

My favorite quote from an NPC is I Am Error from Zelda II: The Adventure of Link because I think that quote is so funny it makes me wonder what the creators were thinking.

I don't know what it is about this quote, but it's my favorite second to "Can I get a heck yeah?" "Hell no!".

Not technically an NPC, as you do control him for mini levels things in the game, but its still one of my favorites ever. You also have to select the right dialogue option or you won't ever see it, and you only get one chance at it too, making it even more special.

I'm gonna be a blitzball when I grow up!

And I must agree with orionfoxgibson on Yoshimitsu's quote. "Evil or not, die!"

Do I even need to say it? "I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee." is one of the most famous bits of video game dialogue on the internet, but is still my favorite quote. Also "I am ERROR" from Zelda II.

My favorite quote is from Pokemon Red and Blue when the Youngster says, "I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear!" I just find that hilarious. 

My favorite quote form an NPC is "..." by Red from the Pokemon games . It's literally what they called his theme's orchestral remix in Pokemon Symphonic Evolutions!

There are a lot. This is the first one that comes to mind besides that one at the bottom of my layout.

"Gods? Perfect? Where did you get that idea? You haven't met a lot of gods, have you?"
