Ok here's one that should get some brain cells steaming. If you found out you only had one month to live and was stuck in your house for health reasons. BUT you can play games, watch anime, etc... 
I'll come back later to answer my own question. I wanna let you guys/girls get this rolling and see what pops up. 

Here's the question : What would be the last games you would want to play before you die ?

The last game I would want to play would ether be the original Sonic the Hedgehog or Castle of Illusion starring mickey mouse. Sonic is one of my favorite games if not my favorite game and is always a game I can sit down and enjoy. Castle of Illusion is also really up there on my list, its a touch short and a bit too easy but it is one of the most fun games ever made.

I would beat Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Super Mario World, Lemmings, Golden Sun, and Golden Sun: The Lost Age. Then on the very last day... I would beat Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II (maybe KH3). Lots of Nostalgia and good feels for me.

Well I figure it is about time I get in here and answer my own question. My choice of games would have to be : Doom and Wolfenstein ( for pure nostalgia ), Final Fantasy Tactics, Tales of Phantasia, Final Fantasy 3 or 4, Chrono Trigger, and The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. 
That list is not set in stone but it is the first ones that came to mind when I thought about this question.

I would definitely play through Mass Effect, and play through Halo: The Master Chief Collection. 

As for anime, I would definitely watch all of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden again.

I would have to say, for me, Skyrim would be my choice. That is one of the few games that I can still get completely lost in. Vast world, nearly endless quests. The graphics are gorgeous. The create a character is epic.The story line is well done. and the replay ability definitely makes it where I could lose myself for my last month on this world. Throw in the expansions and I would lose track of times so easily, I would just slip out of this world happily. It is true, like in all things, improvements could be made but not many and not drastically. It is simply an amazing game.
