Very bad suggestion there should be a thread for spam


It makes sense that mods should be able to delete threads, But shouldn't we be able to delete our threads to? For example here is one of my threads. https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=82462 Why did I send three posts? The answer is simple. Spell check, and the other one. Well that was by accident, Yea now I look dumb. Anyways the point is it looks like spam.

And Mods can't really delete threads or posts either, we can close them and trash them but the post will always be there for everyone to see. Other than that, if its an accident, then ita fine, you can just say it was an accident or leave it alone.

You can edit your post in the top right part of your post. You don't need to delete anything. Deleting posts and threads messes with some things.
I'm sure there is a reason that you can't close your own thread, but im not sure.

There have been many people asking about this and sadly, it cannot be done. If I recall correctly, someone said that it will cause a disruption in the Vizzed database or something along those lines. I mean there is editing a post to change stuff and it's no biggie. Besides, deleting posts will lead to abuse so I would rather not have the deleting post options in the first place.
