Have you ever noticed it says sleep twice?

Hello everyone! I'm up until 2 in the morning somehow. I've tried everything. From rolling my eyes, to chamomile tea. I just want to say it's gross.

Welp, never noticed sleep was there twice til now :V

Have you tried just laying in bed and clearing your mind? Maybe reading a book in bed until you feel very tired? Just a few suggestions.

The reason there's two "sleep" subforums is for the same reason the "S" in this thread's title got those html <z> tags around it. In other words, it's some sort of coding glitch.

Keen eye for spotting it though.

Instead of running around a little, do a mile or two during the day.

That type of exercise really will make you sleepy.

You might try to do work until you can't stay up anymore and fall asleep (whatever time that is). Then have an alarm wake you up in the morning. If you're not getting enough sleep you should fall asleep sooner the next night.

I'm guessing it's all the exposure to the internet, video games, electronic entertainment, and your computer that doesn't let you sleep.  Your brain is firing away with all sorts of feel good thoughts because you're enjoying yourself right now and you can't go to sleep.

Try this:  Stop all electronics usage at 7:00 pm.  Read a book, do homework, talk to your parents, eat dinner, whatever.  No television, no computer, no phone, no video games, no internet, no anything that involves electronic entertainment.  That way your brain starts winding down and you build the habit of anticipating sleep.  There's no excitement and you calm slowly wind your brain down.

Get into a rhythm that alerts your body to the fact that you're sleeping soon.  If you have a regular routine and you stick to it, you'll do better.

No caffeine after 3:00 pm, by the way.

Good luck.

Well... Good luck with that. If and when I can't sleep, I take advantage of the time by playing my video games... Doesn't really help me get to sleep, but, it entertains me at least.

They have been some nights I just can't seem to fall asleep, and trust me, they have been nights where I end up starting up till 3 A.M. I even trying to force myself to sleep, but never worked. Mostly the reason why this is causing me to not sleep is because I get up at like 9:00 A.M. and I end up working all day, and technically it just kept me going and going, You know how you wake up at 6:00 A.M. and sleep at like 11:00 P.M., ok, just shift both times a couple hours and that's where you stand,

So, in reality, it's depending on what you have to do in real life is affecting your sleeping time
