I can't find where to make layouts D: Can someone help me?

To make advanced layouts, you need to be a trusted member.......which isn't actually that hard if you're active enough.

You can also make basic layouts if you're a regular member, but those look like crap 99% of the time.

you must have Trust points. If you want, you can ask one of the trusted members (Like me or Boxia) or higher to make a layout

Anyways, to become a Trusted Member, you need 5.0 Trust Points.
You earn Trust Points by being nice and respectful to members.
When you're Trusted, you receive special features.

-You can rate users and give them Trust Points (Only when you have 5 Trust Points or more)
-You can access two new forums
-You can make advanced layout
-Maybe something new

To answer your general question, to make a basic layout, look at the top left corner of the page, and click on 'Edit Profile & Settings'
Scroll down until you find:
'Moved!
Post background, post header and signature
have been moved to the Edit layout page.'.
Click on Edit layout.
You'll be directed to a new page, and then you click on 'New Layout'.
You can also buy layouts!
I got four layouts for sale, two of them which is free.
