For me it would be Deoxys. It looks weird, but It was the last legendary that people were trying to figure out how to capture. The Internet was just starting to become more widespread with Pokémon information, so Deoxys was still full of mystery at the time.

I know its been said already, but I really like Rayquaza, its design, its stats, and also the fact that it got a mega evolution. Out of the three weather pokemon, I've always liked Rayquaza the most even though they are all really good. Aside from that, I also like Deoxys as well as all of its forms...it is perhaps one of the most unique legendary pokemon in my opinion. I have to agree with gamerforlife though, gen 3 really did offer a lot of great legendary pokemon, and they are going to be even more popular in the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire...I can't wait until I get my hands on it....

Imma have to say Kyogre, he's my Boo. I remember the good ol days where I would knock out my opponents with Sheer cold and hydro pump. I couldn't get Mew or deoxys however since my game has that stupid thing where time based events are no longer there.

Mine is Groudon. He is my favorite because he is in the ruby version pokemon. Ruby version is the first pokemon hoenn version game I played and the groudon stats are good in battling other pokemon trainers, I find it strong that's why I always add Groudon in my six pokemon selection.

My vote goes to Regice(yes, it's a legendary), hands down. It's cry and look is, in my opinion, the coolest(no pun intended) of all the legendary Pokemon in Hoenn. For me, it was never about the power of a Pokémon.
It was about leveling and looking cool.
And Groudon? He looked cool. Rayquaza is overrated.
