On Tuesday, September 30th, I'll be hosting a live streaming event on my Twitch Channel where we'll all be listening to the songs submitted to this month's SNES Video Game Music Competition. The stream will start at 5 PM and end at around 8 PM (central time). This is a great opportunity to hang out with vizzed members, listen to some gaming music and earn some Viz while doing it; it should be fun.

Everyone is welcome to join the stream and you can earn 100 Viz for each song that you rate. After each song that is played, I'll ask everyone what they thought of it and all you have to do is rate on a scale of 1-3. If you can only participate during a small portion of the stream, that is fine, stick around and rate as many songs that you have time for. If you stick around long enough to rate all 127 songs, you'll get a bonus of 2,300 Viz which would put your total earnings at 15,000 Viz.

To qualify, all you need to do is be a member of Vizzed, be a member of Twitch, and follow my Twitch Channel which can be found here:

You'll also need you reply to this thread letting me know what your Twitch username is so that I know who to send the Viz to once the event is over.

Davideo7 : I assume members participating on the competition aren't allowed to vote to get the Viz reward, since that would make it unfair (aka rate all of your submissions a 3 while rating all others a 1).

I personally don't care about not getting the Viz, but I'm sure some of the participants would love getting the reward for rating songs, since 15k is quite a lot, but I don't think they should be able to vote. Unless you can figure some way to allow them to get rewarded as well, except without voting. Can't personally think of anything though.

Also, only users that give their Twitch usernames here or give their Vizzed usernames during the Stream should be allowed to vote, since otherwise that would mean anyone could use a fake Twitch account to upvote themselves and downvote others, while pretending to be someone else.

mvhupsel : They are allowed to vote but just not on their own. It wouldn't matter if they rated all of the songs a 1 because I'm not taking the average score, it'll be more like a point system. A rating of 2 will give a song 1 point and a rating of 3 will give a song 2 points which means a rating of 1 will do nothing.

I'll probably only count votes from users who are members of vizzed, replied to this thread and followed my twitch channel.
