Deku Tree

Third floor, west room. Raise the pillars by stepping on the button. Jump to the hollow in the wall on the left. Located on the wall behind the chest.

B1, northeastern room. Located on the vines on the east side. Kill it with the Slingshot, then climb the vines to get the token.

Same room as above. Located on the bars to the north. Kill it with the Slingshot, then jump to get the token.

In the room with the Gohma eggs on the ceiling. Burn the cobweb, kill the Deku Baba, bomb the wall. Go through the door. Located next to the door you came through.


Kokiri Forest

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil next to the shop. A Golden Skulltula will fly out.

Kid only. Night only. Back of Know-It-All brothers' house. Backflip or jumpslash to get the token.

Adult only. Night only. On top of the House of Twins. Use the Hook/Longshot.


Lost Woods

Kid only. Day or night. From the first room of the Lost Woods, go left, then left. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil.

Kid only. Day or night. From the first room of the Lost Woods, go right, left, right, left, and then left. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil behind the Business Scrub on the right.

Adult only. Night only. In the room mentioned above, if a Magic Bean was planted in the soft soil as a kid, ride the Magic Bean Plant as an adult to get to a platform with a Golden Skulltula on the ground.


Sacred Forest Meadow

Adult only. Night only. Located on the east wall. Use the Hook/Longshot from the top of the maze.


Forest Temple

Outside, on the vines on the right, near the key in the tree. Use the Hook/Longshot from the top of the tree.

1F, middle room. Standing in front of the north door, face the north door and look to your right.

1F, northeast room. On the wall opposite the door. There are three ways to collect it. 1) Use the Hook/Longshot to hook onto the front or back of the chest. 2) Use the Longshot to kill and collect. 3) In the room with the falling ceiling, keep going right, until you find a door. Go out the door, and from there, jump down.

After straightening the twisted corridor and getting the boss key, fall down the hole in the floor of the room with the boss key. Go through the door. You will find yourself on a ledge. Jump over and walk across the concrete walkway on the left. Located on the wall.

B2, southwest corner.


Lon Lon Ranch

Kid only. Day or night. Roll into the tree.

Kid only. Night only. Located on the house, on a second story window. Use the Boomerang to kill it and collect the token.

Kid only. Night only. On the wall to the right of the tower in the southwest corner of the Ranch. Use the Boomerang to kill it and collect the token.

Kid only. Night only. On the back of the wooden shelter in the back of the circular fence inside which the horses are kept.


Hyrule Field

Kid or adult. Day or night. Bomb the tree to the right of the entrance to Hyrule Castletown, across the stream, to open a grotto. Inside the grotto is a Golden Skulltula. Use the Boomerang or Hook/Longshot to kill it and collect the token.

Kid or adult. Day or night. Walking toward Gerudo Valley, after entering the barren area (but before actually entering Gerudo Valley), turn right, and look for a circle of rocks. When you find it, place a bomb in the middle. As an adult, there is a boulder you will have to smash with the Megaton Hammer before placing the bomb. Enter the grotto. Use Din's Fire or Fire Arrows to burn the webs. Behind one web is a cow. And behind the cow, in a web in the top right corner, is a Golden Skulltula. Use the Boomerang or Hook/Longshot to kill and collect.


Hyrule Castletown

Kid only. Day or night. As you enter, there will be a doorway that will lead to a room full of pots and crates. Go in. In the very back of the room, there will be two crates. Roll into the one on the right. It contains a Golden Skulltula.


Hyrule Castle

Kid only. Day or night. On the road leading to Hyrule Castle, roll into the first tree you see.

Kid only. Day or night. Play Song of Storms next to the tree near the place where you woke up Talon as a kid, to open up a grotto. Located behind one of the false walls inside the grotto.

Adult only. Day or night. Located on the concrete arch that used to be the first gate you came to as a kid. Use the Hook/Longshot to kill it and collect the token.


Kakariko Village

Kid only. Day or night. Roll into the tree in Kakariko Village under which the boss carpenter stands. A Golden Skulltula will fall out.

Kid only. Night only. Near the entrance to Death Mountain Trail, there are two buildings. On the building on the left (as you're facing the gate), there will be a Golden Skulltula near the pots.

Kid only. Night only. Near the entrance to Death Mountain Trail, there is a tower. On the ladder, near the top, a Golden Skulltula can be found. Kill it with the slingshot, then climb the ladder to get the token.

Kid only. Night only. On the side of the House of Skulltula, a Golden Skulltula can be found below the window.

Kid only. Night only. Across from the House of Skulltula, there is an unfinished brick building. On the pile of bricks in the middle, a Golden Skulltula can be found.

Adult only. Night only. From in front of Impa's house, on the ledge, use the Hook/Longshot to get on top of the House of Skulltula, and from there,on top of Impa's house. Located on the wall.


The Bottom of the Well

In the central room, there are two locked doors. There is a Golden Skulltula behind each.

In the northeast corner, go through the crawlspace. beyond the crawlspace is a locked door. Beyond the locked door, don't move until the enemies are defeated (there are false areas in the floor). Slowly and carefully make your way to the next door. Located to the left when you go through the door.


Kakariko Village Graveyard

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil located to the right of the northwest corner on the map.

Kid only. Night only. Located on the south wall. Use the Boomerang to kill it and collect the token.


Shadow Temple

B3, southeast room with invisible spinning scythes. Kill all the enemies. Afterward, a gate will open up. Located on the wall beyond the gate.

B4, southern room, in a jail cell.

B3, central room. Behind the giant flaming skull.

B3, north room. From on the boat, use the Scarecrow's Song, and use the Longshot to drag yourself to the scarecrow. The Golden Skulltula is on the wall behind the scarecrow, to the left.

B4, westmost room. On the wall behind the three giant flaming skulls.


Dodongo's Cavern

Kid or adult. As you enter the first room on the right side of Dodongo's Cavern, you'll find a path filled with Baby Dodongos (they will crawl out of the ground when you walk through the path). Passing down the hall, you'll find a false wall on your right. Bomb it to gain access to a room with a Golden Skulltula surrounded by Keese. Come back with the bomb bag and the boomerang to get it, or get it early by luring a Baby Dodongo over to the wall and defeating it so it will explode and blow up the wall, and then killing the Golden Skulltula and backflipping or jumpslashing to get the token.

Kid or adult. In the room with the giant stone steps, at the top, on the vines. Climb the vines to get the token.

Kid or adult. First floor, northmost room. Bomb the false section in the north wall to gain access to a secret room. Located inside the secret room, behind an Armos.

Adult only. In the path filled with Baby Dodongos (mentioned further above), about half way through the path, there is a hollow in the wall on the left, up fairly high. Play the Scarecrow's Song to call the scarecrow. Use the Hook/Longshot to drag yourself to it. Located on the wall behind the scarecrow.

Adult only. In the room with the giant stone steps, climb up to the top step, and Hook/Longshot the Golden Skulltula in the hollow in the wall straight ahead, fairly high up in the wall.


Goron City

Kid or adult. Day or night. Entrance of Goron City, top floor, bomb the boulders blocking access to the northwest room which is filled with more boulders. Bomb yellow boulders until you get to the back of the room, and roll into the crate in the corner.

Adult only. Night only. Located on the back of the stone on the hanging platform in the middle of the room. Use the Hook/Longshot from the rope to the left or the right of the stone. The Longshot can reach the stone from any floor.


Death Mountain Trail

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil in front of Dodongo's Cavern.

Kid or adult. Day or night. Near the base of the trail, headed toward Dodongo's Cavern, there is a false wall on the right. Bomb it. After killing the Golden Skulltula inside, climb the wall to get the token.

Adult only. Night only. Just before you get to the rock wall which you climb to get to the top, behind the last bronze boulder to the right, a Golden Skulltula is located.

Adult only. Night only. Located behind the bronze boulder near the place where you picked up the bomb flower as a kid to open the entrance to the Dodongo's Cavern.


Death Mountain Crater

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil near the warp point.

Kid or adult. Day or night. At the entrance to the Crater (entering from the top of Death Mountain), roll into the crate on the left.


Fire Temple

From the first room of the temple, go up the stairs, and through the door on the right (will need a key for the door). On the north side on the map, in front of the room where a goron is being held, play the Song of Time to bring the block down. Stand far enough away so the block has room to come down. Climb on top of the block to get to a door. Go through the door, turn left, and follow the room all the way to the end.

In the boulder maze. Located behind the false wall on the north side.

In the boulder maze, there is a platform where a scarecrow can be called, up on the wall. Facing the door in the northwest portion of the boulder maze (above ground), turn to your left, and play the Scarecrow's Song. Use the Hook/Longshot to drag yourself to the scarecrow. From there, carefully turn around, and Hook/Longshot onto the bullseye on the platform behind you. The platform will rise, taking you to a door. Go through the door. Go around the corner, and climb the chainlink. There is a Golden Skulltula located on the next set of chainlink.

Climb the chainlink the Golden Skulltula was on, mentioned above. Go through the door. On the wall surrounding the large hole in the floor to the left, another Golden Skulltula is located.

In the room before the second Flair Dancer, on the north wall.


Zora's River

Kid or adult. Day or night. Roll into the first tree you see. A Golden Skulltula will fall out.

Kid or adult. Night only. On a ladder near the entrance to Zora's Domain.

Adult only. Night only. Cross the bridge to the narrowing path before you get to Zora's Domain. On the wall to the left, up very high, is a Golden Skulltula. Easier to get with the Longshot, but can be gotten with the Hookshot if you stand on the fence at the right spot.

Adult only. Night only. As an adult, you're tall enough to stand in most of the river. Walk over to the place where you climbed the ladder to get the Piece of Heart. Climb the ladder. Jump to the ledge with the grotto. Located on the wall, to the right of the ledge with the grotto.


Zora's Domain

Adult only. Night only. At the top of the frozen waterfall, to the left. Use the Hook/Longshot.


Zora's Fountain

Kid only. In the southeast corner, near the cave where you get Farore's Wind, roll into the tree.

Kid only. Night only. Located on the wall near the fallen tree near the southwest corner. Climb onto the fallen tree and use the Boomerang to kill the Golden Skulltula and collect the token.

Adult only. Night only. In front of the place where you get Farore's Wind, after getting the Silver Gauntlets, pick up the silver boulder, and bomb the yellow boulder. Fall down the hole, and follow the path. The Lens of Truth is recommended (there are invisible enemies). After following the path, climb the wall. Go forward. Located on the wall to the left.


Jabu-Jabu's Belly

B1. East side. Golden Skulltula on the right wall. After you kill it, push the button in the middle to raise the water level, then swim over and climb the wall to get the token.

After dropping down the hole where the "green slimy thing" was, to the right of the door, there are two Golden Skulltulas. Use the Boomerang to kill them and collect the tokens.

In the room just before Barinade, on one of the climbable portions of the wall.


Ice Cavern

Southeast room (compass room). Located on an ice pillar.

Central room (the room with the spinning ice blades). Located on a wall behind ice spikes, in the southwest curve on the map.

Northwest room. On the wall to the left, as you're entering.


Water Temple

Drop the water level all the way. Go to the bottom floor. Go through the southern opening. At the end of that, place a bomb. Sink to the bottom of the water using the Iron Boots. Follow the hallway. At the end, take the Iron Boots off and float upward. Step on the switch. Hook/Longshot onto the statue. Move to the gate. Perform a Spin Attack to open the gate. Through the gate, there is a Golden Skulltula on the wall.

After defeating Dark Link and getting the Longshot, play the Song of Time to move the block, and jump down into the room that looks like a snake on the map. Midway through the room, located on the wall.

In the room with the platforms travelling down the waterfall. Located on the right wall. Use the Longshot.

Inside the tower in the middle of the main room, located high on the wall. Use the Longshot.

Just before you get to the room with the boss key, on the wall where the boulders fall from.


Lake Hylia

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil next to the Lakeside Laboratory.

Kid only. Night only. On one of the posts on the platform east of the Water Temple, the same platform where the Fire Arrow lands.

Kid only. Night only. Located on the back of the Lakeside Laboratory. Use the Boomerang to kill it and collect the token.

Adult only. Day or night. Using the Iron Boots, sink to the bottom of the pool inside the Lakeside Laboratory, and roll into the crate at the bottom.

Adult only. Night only. Located on top of the tree above the Water Temple. Use the Longshot.


Gerudo Valley

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil in the bottom of the canyon.

Kid only. Night only. As you walk across the log near the entrance, look to your right. Near the place where the water comes out of the wall, a Golden Skulltula will be there. Use the Boomerang to kill it and collect the token.

Adult only. Night only. Located across the bridge, under an arch to your left. Use the Hook/Longshot.

Adult only. Night only. Located on the wall behind the Carpenters' tent.


Gerudo's Fortress

Night only. Located on the eastmost wall.

Night only. Located on one of the targets on the north end of the Horseback Archery course.


Haunted Wasteland

In the room below the Poe that guides you through the second half of the Wasteland.


Desert Colossus

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil to the left of the steps leading to the entrance to Spirit Temple.

Adult only. Night only. On the palm tree near the oasis.

Adult only. Night only. Riding the Magic Bean Plant, jump onto the second rock you come to.


Spirit Temple

Kid only. Crawl through the first crawlspace inside the temple. Go through the door on the left. Use the boomerang to hit the switch, to lower the bridge. Cross the bridge and go into the next room. Use Din's Fire to kill the enemy, to gain access to the door on the right of the room. Go through the door. Kill all the bats to lower the bridge. Cross the bridge. Located on the gate. Use the Boomerang to kill and collect.

Kid only. 2F, first room you come across. Located on the wall behind you, after climbing the rock wall.

Kid only. Above the door leading to the room with the Iron Knuckle.

Adult only. In the room with the halfpipe and boulders rolling back and forth, behind the blue block. Play the Song of Time to move the block.

Adult only. 3F, north room. On the wall the ledge is on, on the left side of the giant Goddess statue. Can be collected three ways. 1) Cross the gap using the Hoverboots. 2) Use the Longshot to kill and collect. 3) Call a scarecrow.

In the boulder maze. Located behind the false wall on the north side.

In the boulder maze, there is a platform where a scarecrow can be called, up on the wall. Facing the door in the northwest portion of the boulder maze (above ground), turn to your left, and play the Scarecrow's Song. Use the Hook/Longshot to drag yourself to the scarecrow. From there, carefully turn around, and Hook/Longshot onto the bullseye on the platform behind you. The platform will rise, taking you to a door. Go through the door. Go around the corner, and climb the chainlink. There is a Golden Skulltula located on the next set of chainlink.

Climb the chainlink the Golden Skulltula was on, mentioned above. Go through the door. On the wall surrounding the large hole in the floor to the left, another Golden Skulltula is located.

In the room before the second Flair Dancer, on the north wall.


Zora's River

Kid or adult. Day or night. Roll into the first tree you see. A Golden Skulltula will fall out.

Kid or adult. Night only. On a ladder near the entrance to Zora's Domain.

Adult only. Night only. Cross the bridge to the narrowing path before you get to Zora's Domain. On the wall to the left, up very high, is a Golden Skulltula. Easier to get with the Longshot, but can be gotten with the Hookshot if you stand on the fence at the right spot.

Adult only. Night only. As an adult, you're tall enough to stand in most of the river. Walk over to the place where you climbed the ladder to get the Piece of Heart. Climb the ladder. Jump to the ledge with the grotto. Located on the wall, to the right of the ledge with the grotto.


Zora's Domain

Adult only. Night only. At the top of the frozen waterfall, to the left. Use the Hook/Longshot.


Zora's Fountain

Kid only. In the southeast corner, near the cave where you get Farore's Wind, roll into the tree.

Kid only. Night only. Located on the wall near the fallen tree near the southwest corner. Climb onto the fallen tree and use the Boomerang to kill the Golden Skulltula and collect the token.

Adult only. Night only. In front of the place where you get Farore's Wind, after getting the Silver Gauntlets, pick up the silver boulder, and bomb the yellow boulder. Fall down the hole, and follow the path. The Lens of Truth is recommended (there are invisible enemies). After following the path, climb the wall. Go forward. Located on the wall to the left.


Jabu-Jabu's Belly

B1. East side. Golden Skulltula on the right wall. After you kill it, push the button in the middle to raise the water level, then swim over and climb the wall to get the token.

After dropping down the hole where the "green slimy thing" was, to the right of the door, there are two Golden Skulltulas. Use the Boomerang to kill them and collect the tokens.

In the room just before Barinade, on one of the climbable portions of the wall.


Ice Cavern

Southeast room (compass room). Located on an ice pillar.

Central room (the room with the spinning ice blades). Located on a wall behind ice spikes, in the southwest curve on the map.

Northwest room. On the wall to the left, as you're entering.


Water Temple

Drop the water level all the way. Go to the bottom floor. Go through the southern opening. At the end of that, place a bomb. Sink to the bottom of the water using the Iron Boots. Follow the hallway. At the end, take the Iron Boots off and float upward. Step on the switch. Hook/Longshot onto the statue. Move to the gate. Perform a Spin Attack to open the gate. Through the gate, there is a Golden Skulltula on the wall.

After defeating Dark Link and getting the Longshot, play the Song of Time to move the block, and jump down into the room that looks like a snake on the map. Midway through the room, located on the wall.

In the room with the platforms travelling down the waterfall. Located on the right wall. Use the Longshot.

Inside the tower in the middle of the main room, located high on the wall. Use the Longshot.

Just before you get to the room with the boss key, on the wall where the boulders fall from.


Lake Hylia

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil next to the Lakeside Laboratory.

Kid only. Night only. On one of the posts on the platform east of the Water Temple, the same platform where the Fire Arrow lands.

Kid only. Night only. Located on the back of the Lakeside Laboratory. Use the Boomerang to kill it and collect the token.

Adult only. Day or night. Using the Iron Boots, sink to the bottom of the pool inside the Lakeside Laboratory, and roll into the crate at the bottom.

Adult only. Night only. Located on top of the tree above the Water Temple. Use the Longshot.


Gerudo Valley

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil in the bottom of the canyon.

Kid only. Night only. As you walk across the log near the entrance, look to your right. Near the place where the water comes out of the wall, a Golden Skulltula will be there. Use the Boomerang to kill it and collect the token.

Adult only. Night only. Located across the bridge, under an arch to your left. Use the Hook/Longshot.

Adult only. Night only. Located on the wall behind the Carpenters' tent.


Gerudo's Fortress

Night only. Located on the eastmost wall.

Night only. Located on one of the targets on the north end of the Horseback Archery course.


Haunted Wasteland

In the room below the Poe that guides you through the second half of the Wasteland.


Desert Colossus

Kid only. Day or night. Drop a Bug on the Soft Soil to the left of the steps leading to the entrance to Spirit Temple.

Adult only. Night only. On the palm tree near the oasis.

Adult only. Night only. Riding the Magic Bean Plant, jump onto the second rock you come to.


Spirit Temple

Kid only. Crawl through the first crawlspace inside the temple. Go through the door on the left. Use the boomerang to hit the switch, to lower the bridge. Cross the bridge and go into the next room. Use Din's Fire to kill the enemy, to gain access to the door on the right of the room. Go through the door. Kill all the bats to lower the bridge. Cross the bridge. Located on the gate. Use the Boomerang to kill and collect.

Kid only. 2F, first room you come across. Located on the wall behind you, after climbing the rock wall.

Kid only. Above the door leading to the room with the Iron Knuckle.

Adult only. In the room with the halfpipe and boulders rolling back and forth, behind the blue block. Play the Song of Time to move the block.

Adult only. 3F, north room. On the wall the ledge is on, on the left side of the giant Goddess statue. Can be collected three ways. 1) Cross the gap using the Hoverboots. 2) Use the Longshot to kill and collect. 3) Call a scarecrow.
