I mostly breath with my nose. This is because I do it automatically, just like everybody else I know. Though, people say they don't know if I'm holding my breath, or not. You see, I take very quiet, small, quick inhales and exhales. One time, my sister thought I was dead, lying on the couch. She started to poke my and shake me, until I finally woke up. She was relieved to know I was still alive, but I asked her why she didn't just feel my pulse on my wrist, hahah! Anyways, I hardly have to manually breath, unless I'm exercising or playing video games. I tend to get caught up in the moment, so sometimes I breath through my mouth.

. I have, like you a very mild case of asthma, it's not anything really. But my nose is often full which is why I am forced to breathe to my mouth very often. When not doing physical activity, I simply breathe through my nose, although I tend to sniffle often even when I don't have anything to sniffle. But when exercising, I breathe through my mouth.

I breath quite deeply in through my nose, though I only hold my breath in for 1-3 seconds before exhaling through my mouth.  I have a small lung capacity so it takes a while to get up to speed when I'm exercising, but once I get used to the feeling I breath normally during physical activity.

I breathe through my nose. Smell is my favorite sense, and I even unconsciously raise things to my nose and sniff them, making people think I'm crazy. But I don't care, I like to identify smells. I even breathe through my nose with bad, strong smells, because I'd rather smell it than taste it.
