When I do have the time to chat, most of the time my friends aren't online. When I'm going in the evening, after 11 pm though I can find many of my friends and other nice members but I have to leave most of the time because my parents want to go, or I have to sleep and that's annoying.

So do you have trouble with the timezones when you want to chat? Or not at all?

Not at all. 

In the morning, I find and chat with either people that live more to the east, or sometimes drunk Americans, including some friends.
In the evening, there's more Americans, which include most of my friends.

There are some insomniacs that I chat with the entire day, or at specific times, but overall it does not bother me.
There's also days where you'll find like nobody in general. Learn the online time of your friends, and it won't be that bothersome.

I understand the pain bro, We both have the sime timezone And I am 11 years old So I suffer it even more.


No really, When I want to netplay or chat and compete in RGR tournaments. It's never possible since for us it would be mid night, That sucks.

All the pen-pals and foreign friends I ever had (somehow) all live in the same time zone as South Africa...well, okay, maybe not all, as we are ahead of most of Europe...but I think Holland shares more or less the same hours with us down here.

I used to have a Finnish friend and he replied pretty quickly. So it wasn't really a problem talking to him.
But there was always a few people who would reply in the middle of the night (and wake me up---not that I minded, I find talking to people all over the world an awesome privilege. )

...And here I was, fooling around about Central African Time. Of course, as I said, that is a joke only South Africans (and juuldude) would understand. But one could say I work according to CAT because of how delayed I am here, lol.

Sometimes I do. Most of my friends are online around the same time as me, except for some who I only see on occasion. My timezone is one hour before Vizzed timezone, so I don't experience that problem. But most of the time people who I want to chat with I can find around the time I get on.

maguc : You're lucky with your timezone then I guess It's useful if your time is around the Vizzed time.

Well, it certainly makes it difficult to see you in the chat room all the time, juul. Otherwise, it is not all that difficult. The majority of the people that I talk to on here are from the US and Canada, so we share time zones, and it rarely causes problems. Unless they are on the west coast, that can hamper our ability to do things sometimes, but it is usually pretty easy to chat with them. 

sop281 : Yeah, 50% of the time I come in and after 5 minutes I leave, saying things like 'sorry guys, my sister wants to go' or 'I'm going to eat, bye y'all' Yeah, you're lucky since you live in the USA, than you have little to no trouble with the Vizzed timezones.
