For me one of my back teeth on the right side can be a little sensitive when I eat something really cold like ice cream. This happens once in a while so this is nothing serious. I like to drink hot chocolate and my teeth never react to very hot tempratures. What does your teeth react to, hot or cold ? Does it even react in general ?

Yeah, my teeth can be really sensitive to overly cold foods, and sweet things. I can also feel some degree of pain even when I am just eating chocolate. I still brush my teeth a lot, but it does not really seem to help me at all, sadly.

For me would be to some cold things which is a bother in a way. I mean when it happens, I either freeze in shock. Or I flinch and squeeze my face shut for a while before it goes away. :/

I have extreme tooth sensitivity. Whenever I bite into anything at all like ice cream my teeth hurt. If I have something too hot like chicken my teeth hurt. It's a real pain but not much I can do. I find eating slow helps it. It's actually more the really hot foods that hurt rather than the cold ones.

cnw64 : WHenever I drink milk, a few of my teeth begin to hurt for a while, but as of recently, it has been happenin less and less.

My back upper teeth would do this all the time, and as it turned out, my teeth weren't rooted properly into my gums. This meant they didn't get the nutrition they needed to be healthy, and they were rotting away.  I had to eventually get them pulled because the sensitivity was so bad.  Next time you got to the dentist, you might want to ask about it!

cnw64 : All my teeth react to mostly cold, sometimes hot food too. I guess I don't take care of my teeth like I should, but when it's cold I get freezing sensation in my gums and it sucks because it feels like a lot pain for my gums to go through
during eating. Do you get that too with cold food?

I cant explain why. Probably has something to do with the enamel and could be a cavity. But get Colgate sensitive pro toothpaste. It works for me. I have the same problem you have. 

Beastmode64 : I actually use an Arm and Hammer tooth paste but forget which one it was. I don't mind trying out what you recommended since I can afford to pay for expensive toiletries.

zanderlex : This sometimes happen when I quickly drink the milk really fast, the pain I feel really stings. However when I drink it slow I don't feel the pain as much or at all.

happiness7 : Sometimes my teeth hurt when I eat cold food but I don't get any severe pains. It's the cold deserts or drinks that gives me the most pain every other time.

Blubcreator : Chewing slowly does help a lot and that also goes for drinking as well. For me I have to drink cold beverages very slowly so I wont get that sting/ pain in my mouth.

Eniitan : As an reaction to the pain I feel from the cold Ice cream, I sometimes open my mouth and fan it with my hand ( even though it wasn't hot ) haha

sop281 : That actually happens to me when I eat the nerds candy or snickers. Right after I eat something sweet I tend to brush my teeth cause I don't like how candy sticks to my teeth after I've eaten it.

I am unable to eat anything really cold like an ice block or ice cream or anything, my teeth hate cold stuff and that makes me a sadddd panda.
