So the title says it basically, I have Nokia Lumia 720 and there is windows 8 installed on it..

And I know that I can't download the RGR plugin on it, but is there any other way to play here with my phone?

There is no way to play vizzed games on your phone unless I am reading this wrong. But you can play on phones if you download an emulator compatible with phones and roms being put on it you can play that way other than that there is nothing else you can do.

When I tried to do it a few times it said plugin not found, so I a pretty sure that if I just installed it, there would be a pretty good chance that it might actually work on my phone. But I didn't really feel like doing it at the time. It may or not work, but I can't really know for sure unless I download the plugin. Good question though, I might give it a try soon.

It is impossible to play RGR games on your iPhone from Vizzed. However, there are various emulators that you can get to play these games on your iPhone. You can get an app like nds4ios or gba4ios 2 (you would have to set the date back to before 2012) and then use cool rom to die load games into the emulator.
