Hello people of Vizzed! I am Thebiguglyalien!

I first found Vizzed when I was looking for a way to play Pokémon Red online (I now have a level 55 Charizard and I am very proud of the fact). Since then I have been running amok in the Retro Game Room playing all of the old video games I've always wanted to try. I'd just like to say thanks to the people of Vizzed for giving me this opportunity to waste my time like a pro. It means a lot to me.

Anyway, I'd like to meet all of you and maybe get some advice for how Vizzed works.

Welcome to Vizzed! And lol wasting time like a pro is pretty easy here, isn't it?

As far as advice, all I can say is: have a blast! That's the gist of it. Oh and drop by the forums from time to time. You'll make friends, earn more Viz for more time wasting fun, and get to talk about games and plenty more.

So are RPG's your favorite kind of games? If so, I would recommend Lufia - the ruins of lore, Zoids Legacy (like an RPG/RTS blend), and Tales of Phantasia (GBA version, as the snes vesion is a bit more raw, due to the translation hackers I assume).

I could recommend so many great games that I've found on Vizzed already, but I won't overload you. lol And hey, maybe we could try some netplay some time.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I might do besides play in the Retro Game Room?

Hello! I am a bit less new than you here, but still new none the less. I came here to play Leaf Green, so I completely understand your reasoning for joining. I also love Charizard, but as of right now in Leaf Green since I cannot fully devote my free time to it I just have Charmeleon. He's pretty awesome too, so I'm not complaining. The best way to see how Vizzed works is to read the rules. I know, lame! However, they have a quiz after you read the rules that earns you Viz, so you should read them, take the quiz to gain the easy Viz, and make good posts. You earn Viz by making replies under other peoples threads and I also know that you get Viz for other people's replies under your own threads. Just make good posts and you will get replies. As for the site in general, check out the other boards. You can usually find something of interest in them and hopefully make friends. While Vizzed is freaking awesome for it's emulators and is the main reason I joined, I see myself wanting to make posts in boards. I don't have many other suggestions besides the few I have spouted off already, but I tried. Also, your user name is unique. May I ask where that came from and why?
