Is this a bukkit server or pure vanilla? I would assume you would be running bukkit for the mods to have some perks or more control over the server.

Igor basically motivated me to do what I've been wanting to do and has helped me out and given me ideas as well.

Alright then but I'd be slightly careful. Bukkit hasn't actually released a fully functional 1.7 version yet. It can be very buggy a lot of the times. It may be fine as long as you get a host.

Have you thought about looking into spigot?

Well, we was planning on releasing it at Midnight on Tuesday (Eastern U.S. time), but me and David won't be able to get everything up and ready in time for the Monday/Tuesday release. So we have to postpone it till sometime Thursday afternoon (April 10th) sometime.

Sorry to disappoint some of you that was looking forward on playing on the server on Monday/Tuesday, but at least it'll be a few more days to wait, and who knows, those few days will be quite worth it.

I assume it's something to where members can virtually walk around and interact with each other, talking to on another via chat system with/without animated speech bubbles. Similar to what the Playstation 3 has with it's "Playstation at Home".

Blubcreator : I'm not familiar at all with spigot. I've read that the latest bukkit is buggy but I haven't had any problems with it yet but I guess that could change once we have more than 2 users on the server.

Laian : We still haven't worked out all the details yet so you'll just have to wait and see exactly how it'll work.

Spigot has almost little to none difference to bukkit. It's an alternate server type basically and as of now it seems to be more stable. You can even run 95% of all bukkit plugins on it.

I think most MC server hosts give you the option for spigot. But if there's no real issue with it then I guess it works out.

Basically, all it is just another version of a server and what makes it good is that it can run bukkit plugins just like any other server.

So yeah it's actually quite simple to move your plugins from one to another.

Which host will you be using? Most of them allow a simple migration of plugins and mods.

Well I don't really have anything new and insightful to add other than the request that if there's some kind of sign up sheet for when the server comes out I'd love to be at the top of that list.

Based off of the first picture posted in this thread it looks like Vizzed is getting minecraft? It looks pretty cool at first glace. I wounder if this will let users attack on another in a virtual vizzed setting.

I can obviously bet that it has something to do with minecraft. My main guess is that you will have a bunch of people help you build a structure for vizzed, which is why you have out that minecraft game code for the PC, huh?
